    @Fidomobile Fido sucks I know! No customer service training! Try to bill you for a phone you never made one payment on and it’s broken! They would not cancel the account because the phone was broken and I signed because I had a drivers license ! Fido sucks

    @Fidomobile Today, somebody who had stolen my wallet tried to use my ID to sign up for a credit card. Fido ran the credit report, clearly without looking at the ID. Not impressed. I’m a Fido customer, but now looking for another provider.

    @Fidomobile your internet isn't working. I am working from home. I tried to call but your call centre says it isn't open at this hour. Absolutely disgusted by this service. What are customers even paying for?

    @Fidomobile Fido sucks they harass me over a broken phone that I never used or paid for! Bill is in my ex wife’s name and the address on the bill is her address! I am elderly and in poor health heart issues diabetes high blood pressure! They know this and harass me to pay for a broken phone!

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile never buy fido because they are financially sick and will not be able to give u ur refund. Their agents are out of world and they don't know what to say..

    @Fidomobile I was considering cancelling my services. First, I wanted to see how you treat customers and if more than $1.50 can be compensated for that power outage. Ive been busy, no chance to complain. You guys def don’t value loyalty. Very rude agent Chirag who disconnected me
