So disappointed and upset with @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I’m on disability and made payment online, first time it finally came up error payment not received. Then puts both my $175 payments thru, customer service says my fault call bank ! 2 days later I find out

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Personally, I think this outage is in retaliation for the latest #crtc ruling. It shouldn't take almost 16 hours to fix these outages. I see a lot of compensation to customers for this outage today. Totally unacceptable!

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile - my $30 a month plan and instead I get charged $96. Called the rep but I was told, it’s a known billing issue. I was told I’d get a email stating it’s been fixed but haven’t received any emails and it’s been more than a week. Very disappointed with Fido!!

@Fidomobile pretty great I get a certified pre owned phone and it doesn't even work, then I contact customer support get the run around and only to. Find out you guys don't even have a replacement for the phone I want.....
