Loyalty says they can't do absolutely anything for me . Guess its time to bring my lines over to telus one by one

Canceled contract, dropped to 45$ basic plan and 5 days later after not getting what I was promised, charging me 1500 thinking the bill is finally correct, I get 1st bill for 137.77 after only 5 days
