    @Fidomobile haven’t had my phone plan for a year and already you’re increasing the rate? Wtf. It’s been like 10 months since I switched to Fido. Tried to contact someone through chat but it seems only option is phone call. I’m deaf, I prefer taking to someone chat

    @Fidomobile its impossible to get thru to an actual person in customer service and i am heavily considering leaving my contract early because of this

    @Fidomobile hey Fido thought when there’s an outage my cell should work. Barely does with this @rogers outage today. One bar and I have tons of cellular data. 😡😡😡😡 funny it works here on x go figure!

    I want to personally thank @Bell for their exceptional customer service; Something that feels increasingly rare these days. Bell sets a strong example of how customers should be treated. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience with @Fidomobile, where customer support and business practices have fallen well short of that standard.

    @Fidomobile Hey, I upgraded my phone online and ordered a store pick up. This was nov 16th, but I havnt gotten an update yet to pick up the phone! What's going on??? I called into CE and they say they cant help. Store wont pick up my call. 😠 😡 😤

    @Fidomobile do you think customer wouldn’t pay attention and you can charge em whatever your if they find Fido will say sorry and will do the correction ?? This is call rip off, shame on you @Fidomobile now you will ask for to send me private msg so you can save your image 😡😡😡
