    Traffic Services blames “budget” on lack of traffic enforcement. What I’ve seen out there are police officers on traffic duty, ignoring blatant traffic violations. This is a cultural problem, not one of budget. Toronto Police officers follow the FIDO motto: F* It Drive Off.

    @bp256r1 @FlyingTrilobite @c_9 @convertdcyclist They’ll only change once there’s a new Police Chief. This FIDO (**** If Drive Off) culture present in the police service, runs deep. For cyclists, it’ll only change once we have complete streets. Too many people are inherently selfish. They care about their safety, not of others.

    @FidoSolutions I was in the byod plan, tested an iphone upgrade but changed my mind. Returned under 15 days remorse yet Fido takes 4 days after arrival From UPS on purpose: bad business

    @StephenPunwasi @normsworld I’ve been predicting this for years and unfortunately it’s coming true. TPS have been working to rule ever since carding was taken away. They’re doing only the minimum work required, letting traffic violations pass. It’s known in police circles as FIDO: “**** It Drive Off”.

    .@1Password it's very problematic that the only way of recovering 2FA is through a recognized browser. I never use the browser on my personal computer because I have the app. Worst, it's not possible to issue backup codes for cold storage or use a FIDO Yubikey.

    @Rogers and @Fido should offer their clients free therapy sessions after we have to deal with their call centres. I called @Rogers, got hung up on 3 times, and waited for 20 mins the 4th time. Called @Fido and got hung up on 3 times. I feel hopeless and empty inside. Help.

    @SDGreenall I'm with Fido and I'm pretty happy. Decent price, but not "discount" service. I get great coverage. Includes my Spotify membership. I do BYOD though - not sure what the phone plans are if you don't buy your device outright.

    @mskristytee @FidoSolutions It's absolutely terrible. I had to call Fido, and they called QMS while I was on the line. They claimed they're sending my phone back to the Fido warehouse. I'll have to reorder the phone again. THE most frustrating order experience.

    So I order a phone online from @Fidomobile. A Xmas gift for my son. They contract delivery to some shady messenger service who says they tried to deliver it & I wasn’t home. So Fido cancels my entire order & says I have to start all over again & re-order another phone.
