    @Fidomobile I had 1.89 gb of data left when I checked 15 minutes ago, I was just listening to some music now for about 15 minutes (this uses about 0.5 gb in five hours or so) and got a message saying data is finished and has been paused. That’s not possible, please help with this

    @Fidomobile first day with Fido and trying to port in a number. After 40 Minutes of patiently waiting, I get a rep whose voice kept chopping off probably because of working from home on a bad connection. Now I wait again. Already wanting to cancel this line.

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile What is the use in DM you guys ? Not sure anyone understands the issue and I need to spent 30 minutes every time to explain the problem . Very worst customer response and service. Anyone who can help to take this matter legally against Fido ?
