@Fidomobile are crooks, got internet not long ago, saleswoman was really nice, got a tablet as a bonus. They never said It was a 24 m contract. They want the money for the tablet back. I'm going to Ireland 😔 I know you have to read contract but they should be honest. Watch out.

  • agearey Amanda Gearey (@agearey) reported

Just spend an hour speaking to Fido reps to not have this resolved. BUT NOT TO WORRY, I’ll be contacted back in 2-3 business days. Very disappointed with the customer service @Fidomobile

  • mingoaka Festive Adriana 🎄 (@mingoaka) reported

@missingmissmia @Fidomobile It’s not. I have legit fraud on my account that I’ve been dealing with since October. I did, however, finally get someone to help me.

  • JamesNflint James_nflint (@JamesNflint) reported

@TekSavvyCSR @speckalli @Fidomobile Ehhhh never said you were owned but their infrastructure yes... 😬😬😬 its fine, im just saying, everyone's kind of sleeping in the same bed. The problems are usually all the same.

  • kharmylle_ Onyii (@kharmylle_) reported

Am I the only one but my network’s been down all day via @Fidomobile

  • TekSavvyCSR TekSavvy Assistance (@TekSavvyCSR) reported

@JamesNflint @speckalli @Fidomobile Hi James, Just a head's up we here at TekSavvy are not owned by rogers. Our customer service agents are not employees of theirs either. We do run on their infrastructure and use their techs for activation and tech visits if needed. Hope this helps. TSI-LM

  • pgiggles54 Marvin (@pgiggles54) reported

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile has the worst customer service

  • cwood154 Christopher Wood (@cwood154) reported

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Thank god for the pandemic and not being able to work or else I wouldn't have enough time to deal with this problem.

  • bigbroup2date the other one (@bigbroup2date) reported

I’m extremely disappointed in @Fidomobile. I went over my data by 101 MB and I’m being charged $14! Spoke to customer service and they said they charged me $7 per 100 MB meaning I’m getting charged $7 for 1 lousy MB. No remedy, just suggested to change my plan. #switching

@Fidomobile That's exactly the point Anthony... I don't blame you. You're not responsible for the complete failure of customer service. It's engineered in. Funny though - the independent store front - they were amazing to deal with. The exact opposite of dealing "with the factory"
