  @Fidomobile my voice msging says my phone number is invalid after having it for 7 years. I tried your online help (jack) to no avail and you don't answer my call after 45 minutes then hang up on me. What gives??

  Horrible customer service from @Fidomobile . After being with them for over 15 years plus they increased my price and when I called to ask they tried a bandaid fix. Guess this is their way of saying they don't value me as a customer. 🤬 Time to shop around to other providers!

  @eranxah @Fidomobile Ya, just got my bill text message and it was $5 more than usual. I already had a +$5 increase last June. WTH? There is zero added value / improved service I’ve seen to validate it. I thought the @CRTCeng clamped down on sketchy price increases like this.

  Whoever's idea it was to get rid of customer service and have chatbots pretend to attend to customer needs is an idiot of the highest order. Seriously! How can you need someone for help but get no one except to schedule a stupid call back which you barely receive. @Fidomobile

  Yikes, @Fidomobile makes it really hard to get in contact with them. Used to be great customer service. But trying online chat is useless and phone just goes in circles. Time to switch.
