@Fidomobile my voice msging says my phone number is invalid after having it for 7 years. I tried your online help (jack) to no avail and you don't answer my call after 45 minutes then hang up on me. What gives??

@Fidomobile I am getting bombarded with crap phone calls today. When I select decline phone call & cancel the call as it's ringing, why is it still going to my voice mail? Scammers are bombarding my phone today. This never happened with Rogers.

@Fidomobile Made a wrong reporting to @TransUnion regarding some late payment that wasn't associated with my account. Coz of this, my credit is getting bad. Fido noted my complaint on 12 April and asked me to wait for 3 weeks. I called Fido today.. was told nothing has been done.
