    @Fidomobile my voice msging says my phone number is invalid after having it for 7 years. I tried your online help (jack) to no avail and you don't answer my call after 45 minutes then hang up on me. What gives??

    @Fidomobile What’s up Fido? I had ordered the new IPhone and it’s almost a month with no updates at all. There is a long wait when I tried calling and on chat your people don’t seem to have any answers. Can someone help please?Atleast tell me if I am ever going to get the phone?

    @Fidomobile has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Been hungup on twice while waiting for a supervisor with no callbacks. Currently have wasted over 2 hours of my day trying to get a simple issue resolved. Save your money & shop elsewhere!

    @Fidomobile Hey - the app is not working correctly - I cannot access Xtra except through an message from Fido that was sent last Thursday - you changed the app for Black Friday and it is messed up. Also - my account online shows incorrect information. What's going on?
