Cheaper for sure, but slower speeds, poorer customer service, intermittent service (particular with Acanac). Also have a relatively low cost Fibe TV service $30/mo which I can only get as an Internet customer.

Fido’s quality of customer service has nosedived recently. I used to be able to get a customer service rep on the phone.

I speak as someone who worked in customer service for almost 50 yrs. Fido used to be set apart in excellence in that regard, imo.
