@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile 8+ hours with out service is NOT intermittent. This goes beyond interruptions. You do realize that many don’t have land lines! People are trying to work from phone which requires phone calls.. people could be waiting for covid results..& you’re “sorry” please with that nonsense

@Fidomobile Is there any issue going on with Fido network in waterloo region? I have 2 connections from Fido and both are not showing any connections from morning. Can’t call customer service or chat due to unavailability of call or data services.
