    @Fidomobile Hey, I upgraded my phone online and ordered a store pick up. This was nov 16th, but I havnt gotten an update yet to pick up the phone! What's going on??? I called into CE and they say they cant help. Store wont pick up my call. ๐Ÿ˜  ๐Ÿ˜ก ๐Ÿ˜ค

    @Fidomobile Hello I have a hard time to talk to a person or reaching you by email I canceled my account in November 2024 and you owe me $5 since. I was told I would get a cheque in June 2025 but I never did Iโ€™ve been trying to make a contact since but itโ€™s unsuccessful

    @Fidomobile why has it taken 7 phone calls so far, problem still not sorted out, for our Black Friday phone that never made it to us, was sent back to you, then cancelled and now you want to raise our monthly bill with no phone in hand yet. And weโ€™ve been charged for everything.

    @Fidomobile I am close to phone rage at this time. How hard can it be to get human assistance and cancel my contract with you? This is precisely why Iโ€™m done with #Fido - the ridiculously expensive service too.
