@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I placed an order for a SIM card on 11/15 under a winback program and have been waiting for it to be arrived since then; multiple follow ups involved long waittimes & holding the line forever STII NO RESOLUTION A/C# - 946956414 #fido #rogers

I was talking to a friend who is also on @Fidomobile and the sound quality was garbage so we switched to #GoogleDuo and the quality was amazing, easily 10 times the resolution @FidoMobile was offering. Voice data uses very little bandwidth so why does it sound terrible?

Trying to upgrade my phone, and Fido’s system was down. The employee in Sunridge mall has some dumb attitude. And all other locations are not picking up. Definitely won’t be going to that location again @Fidomobile
