  @Fidomobile REFUSES to close my account even though I have moved out of the country! They are still taking money from my bank account. They will only cancel with LIVE AGENT. I have called 15+ times on hold 1-3 HOURS before disconnected by them!

  Whoever's idea it was to get rid of customer service and have chatbots pretend to attend to customer needs is an idiot of the highest order. Seriously! How can you need someone for help but get no one except to schedule a stupid call back which you barely receive. @Fidomobile

  Why can’t I talk to a real person when I call @Fidomobile I just called right now and they are booking appointments for call backs on Monday, nothing earlier. Why do I have to wait until Monday to speak to a live person or get my problem resolved, that is ridiculous!!
