    @Rogers I ordered s26 ultra 512 GB and sending me 26 basic with ultra price 😲 @Fidomobile @Rogers and they said we can't not cancel . you can just go to store and send back us why loose my time 😭

    The @Fidomobile customer service is probably the most god awful chat/phone line I’ve ever experienced. And I worked for be. Guarantee I’ll get a tweet back faster than their callback request.

    Shame on you @Fidomobile @RogersHelps — 24+ hrs and no callback. After onboarding me back, you became irresponsible. Ambassador agent Chinedu misled me with false info. Fed up with this scam-like experience. Kindly confirm my issue ASAP or I’ll move back to old provider.#scammer

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile @Rogers Wow Fido just tried to cheat me into paying for an account that’s been cancelled for a month. Not only did they cancel and refund for one month but they decided to restart to charge me.. like wtf!!!
