  Looking for a new cell phone carrier as @Fidomobile is absolutely terrible. They can offer a plan for $45/month to new customers but existing customers have to pay $65 for the same plan.

  @Fidomobile What is wrong with your custserv? AskJack is 100% useless, then tells me to phone. On hold for 30 minutes, I go to AskJack to request a callback & it says "maybe I can help you first." When I say it can't, it says again "Call us at 1-877-331-9209" & disables typing.

  @Fidomobile so now there is a giant outage of RCS. It’s all over the news. Can you tell the public when this will be fixed since you have denied it all this time.
