    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Can you tell me why my phone down payments is not showing on my record and I am be billed like I didn’t make any payments. I have complained severally but no one is helping to resolve this issue even after showing a payment receipt. I am at this point so fed up

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I get that accidents happen, and you have to act fast. I hope you’re willing to credit everyone affected by this. If you can charge us for every minute of overages, we can expect a credit for every minute of lost service. What if there was an emergency?

    I missed an important meeting today, and I’m losing money because of service interruptions in @Rogers and @Fidomobile network!! And all they say is that it’s going to be fixed ASAP!!! This is unacceptable!! @FidoSolutions
