I suspect this is Rogers' grand plan to poach Fido customers but they won't get me. I'd much rather go to a whole other provider! Don't DM me asking for my account number either. Canadian Woman 🇨🇦 (@eraseing_woman) reportedJust opened a 4th phone line with @Fidomobile. They’re trying to charge me $80 for doing this - when the set up should’ve been free. Now I have to wait five days to talk to an agent because that’s how poor Fido’s customer service has become.
