@Fidomobile it’s extremely frustrating not being able deal with billing issue same day. Only option is callback, I want a human now while on phone calling you. I’m owed $88 dollars still & virtual assistant is total bullshit. Once my term is done 100% quitting for competitor.

  • bangbangdown Iggy (@bangbangdown) reported

@Fidomobile Why is it impossible to reach a human? First, I’m stuck with your useless AI support, then I’m forced to talk to another machine just to schedule a call back the next day. This is terrible customer service.

  • meier_j Jeff Meier (Currently brainstorming) (@meier_j) reported

@Fidomobile Satellite mobile beta experience is very poor so far. Received e-mail inviting to trial, @rogers account is required. Rogers/Shaw account not accepted. Creating new rogers account refers to phone number, called. It is main line with no clear path to account creation.

  • TheRollModel 👑 (@TheRollModel) reported

@Fidomobile got no compassion or empathy for their customers. Customer service, non existent. The second I get back to Canada I'm cancelling my service and going to Bell

  • sunchiphater lilbert (@sunchiphater) reported

Don’t use @Fidomobile !! I’ve been trying to complete a transfer of responsibility for the past 3 days in person and over the phone and am being told something different every time, with customer service reps constantly giving conflicting info. Might as well cancel at this point

  • AJKuinckas72 Anthony J Krusinckas (@AJKuinckas72) reported

1/2 @Rogers @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Recieved a msg that my service will be stopped in 24hs due to my bill. At work we lost our overtime and had a 2 week shutdown due to #tarrifs. This has made things difficult. My work, my wife and children depend on their phones.

  • TheRollModel 👑 (@TheRollModel) reported

Can't wait to get back to Canada so I can cancel @Fidomobile This is how u treat a loyal customer that is stuck abroad due to the @AirCanada strike.

  • TheRollModel 👑 (@TheRollModel) reported

Hey @Fidomobile why would I get a roaming package for 2 weeks for $60 - get stuck in 🇬🇩 due to the @AirCanada strike and y'all not help I could have paid $70 for 30 days. I should have been home today. Why can't I get some type of credit. Make it make sense

  • TheRollModel 👑 (@TheRollModel) reported

@Fidomobile if I pay $60 4 2 wks - get stuck in 🇬🇩 due to the @AirCanada strike and have to pay another $60 for 2 wks when I could have did $70 for 30 days and u don't help a loyal customer... Lol I'm out!!!

  • Har24242 Har2424 (@Har24242) reported

@Fidomobile One hand government is saying we are controlling cell phone bills and on the other hand Fido increased $3.50 monthly from next month saying " we are assuring you to give better service" this is not acceptable we all need to cancel the service
