For those of us that work and PAY for their services this is utter nonsense, I don't give a damn what the cause is it lost me time and money

@Fidomobile Phone has been down in the Kitchener/Cambridge/Waterloo Region all day. Have not been able to receive or make calls all day long. This is ridiculous and there had better be a rebate on our Bill's for at least one day of service.
