Shrikant Gupta (@Shrikan15918909) reported@Fidomobile @RogersHelps Your brand team onboarded me back to Fido and my port is completed, but I haven’t received the eSIM QR code. I’m without network. Kindly check and DM me.

Amy (@amybrathwaite) reported@Fidomobile - I’ve now been stood up for 3 scheduled call backs. (Yes I waited beyond the 30 min window) I have all the receipts, I’ve wasted hours for nothing and STILL no resolution. Help. Me - with a human

Sugar 🥰 (@mariam107) reported@Fidomobile you guys are useless oh. Someone is calling for help for something and all your people want to do is push offers of higher phone & internet bill, upgrade phone or get Mastercard. Couldn’t even help resolve my issue. USELESS!!!
-
Jim (@Jim_363) reported@FidoMobile, I’m extremely disappointed with the current customer service experience. After 30 minutes navigating an AI system with no resolution, the only option to speak with a representative was to schedule an appointment a week in advance. As a customer of 20 years, this level of service is unacceptable and has led me to reconsider my loyalty. @Bell, do you currently offer access to live customer service agents for long-term customers?

boja_reddii (@BojaReddii) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps @Fidomobile This issue has been ongoing since Nov 2025. I signed up for Rogers Internet at Scarborough Town Centre where Sahil Kapre (Salesperson ID: 14010302) promised a $75 bill credit to my Fido account in the 2nd billing cycle. #CustomerService

Shrikant Gupta (@Shrikan15918909) reported@Fidomobile @RogersHelps @FidoSolutions You guys are trouble makers. I was at peace after leaving, but you brought me back with false promises—no hotspot, no free US calling. And no one is calling me back, which is disappointing. Fix this ASAP or I’ll move back to my old provider

sohail (@sohail87033951) reportedRequested @Fidomobile to close my account, but instead was pushed to keep paying for unused services. Now facing unnecessary charges& collection harassment. If closed on time, this issue wouldn’t exist. Authorities should investigate such practices. @CRTCeng #ConsumerRights #Canada

I waited nothing then tried to ask virtual assistant for my scheduled callback then obviously nothing!!
-
Harmanpreet Kaur (@amberjagra) reported@Fidomobile Worst mobile company to deal with! Charged me an activation fee on my bill when the girl in store told me there will be no fee on my account. Went back to the store to talk, told me to call customer service and now they scheduling a call back for after a week. CRAZY!!

BrianM (@briangm11) reported@1111SpiritualBb @Fidomobile Hope you post a follow up here. Almost NO competition in banking, telcos, etc means they can all ditch customer service staff in order to maximize profits, dividends, executive bonuses, etc.
