@Fidomobile As a 10yr old customer not satisfied the way you deal. Whoever coming in newly enjoying so many benefits but not us. The way customer care dealing is also not good. First time feeling not good about Fido. Don't know what to do...

@Amandajoness11 @Fidomobile And wth the fido app is called "my account"? It's always a pain to find it on the phone because the name is not related to the service. It's name should be something like "my fido" or "fido account"

@Fidomobile hello my name is Raymond Gratto phone number is 514 961 8824. When I go into my messages and click on Fido Extras when I ick on check it out it doesn't do anything just goes back to my home page showing my date usage etc... Please help. I do have the latest version

I’m with @Fidomobile, & haven’t had mobile service all day, because of @Rogers. Besides it affecting my ability to do my job, I also haven’t been able to book a vaccine appointment. This is now beyond just an apology with no mention of when things will be fixed, @RogersHelps.

@Thnk4myslf @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile It’s been 14 hours for some of us.. this started at midnight for me .. I‘Ve already ordered new bell service lines.. as soon as Fido & Rogers is restored I’ll be porting my #s out.. They just lost a 20 year+ customer based on their handling of this situation (or lack thereof).
