I have been a loyal customer for 20+ years and suddenly a late payment is hit with $2 daily interest. Loyalty means nothing to this company.

Fido promised giving me 5G more data without extra charge, while changed my plan with higher rates, without informing me, charged me $50 more every month. I am new customer since January, this is really disappointing. Will change provider.
