@Fidomobile hello my name is Raymond Gratto phone number is 514 961 8824. When I go into my messages and click on Fido Extras when I ick on check it out it doesn't do anything just goes back to my home page showing my date usage etc... Please help. I do have the latest version

@Fidomobile As a 10yr old customer not satisfied the way you deal. Whoever coming in newly enjoying so many benefits but not us. The way customer care dealing is also not good. First time feeling not good about Fido. Don't know what to do...

If you are a @Fidomobile customer, I advise you not to pay for device protection from @Brightstar, now called 'Likewize' - worst service ever. Don't answer support requests. Charged me for a phone I returned. Totally useless.

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Zero customer experience and trustworthy retail stores. Bought a sim from Fido Pearson, asked for data and international calling. Retail store forgot to add a long dist addon. I'm charged 1000+ now. Nobody is ready to fix it up.
