    I never understand the sales rules that some companies have. I have been a @Fidomobile customer forever and I just want another line with the same deal. DENIED. They don't want more money from me.

    @vwmannn @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I have Fido too, and I also got a charge for Roaming in the U.S this month, despite the fact I haven’t got not even close to the US border in months, if not more than a year now. Luckily it was only $8 and they’ve refunded me after I contacted them via online support.

    Had "No Service" off and on daily for the last month since the GTA Blackout, thanks @Fidomobile! Good to know I pay $50 a month for utter **** and can't use my phone! <3

    @Fidomobile Illegally billing immigrants now? My neighbour received a SIM card, plan details in the mail for a mobile plan they never asked or applied for. They don't speak English very well, so calling got nowhere. You've billed them $121.23 for services that they didn't want.

    Back in feb I DID pay my phone bill, sent proof and to this day it’s not sorted out. Extra $130 in interest charges for something I PAID @Fidomobile get your **** together. I’m not paying those fees
