@Fidomobile I've been experiencing the worst customer service since I've added a new line to my account. Fido agent makes a mistake and I'm the one who has to be on phone/chat with them for few hours just to fix his one mistake! It's been more than 2 months

Had some terrible customer service just now with #fido aka #rogers. Customer service literally named called me and then ended the chat unilaterally LOL! WORST customer service I've experienced by a mile!! I have the logs if interested @Fidomobile @Rogers

So now @Fidomobile support tells me that blocking international and long distance calls doesn't block calls to the US an Mexico, even though the previous support agent placing the block forgot to mention that.

So @Fidomobile help me figure this out. I am given 5+ extra hours of data but let’s say I run out of my own data and try use that data, it doesn’t let me cause I don’t have anymore data and it doesn’t work on wifi…..Sooooo how does that make sense?

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions NO FIDO!! Fido promised giving me 5G more data without extra charge, while changed my plan with higher rates, without informing me, charged me $50 more every month. I am new customer since January, this is really disappointing. Will change provider.
