    For anyone who just read my cranky diatribe, I was wrong. I blasted @Fidomobile because apparently my ability to do math has been impaired over the last few days. They are treating me just fine, although it appears their customer service people are a bit overloaded these days.

    So, short version: on the 15th day I tried to modify my @Fidomobile contract, and had no luck reaching customer support. Today I tried a DM, and was told I was too late. I’m always open to hearing the other side. In the words of #reddit, AITA?

    ... (nice try, but we’re over). I tried to reach @fidomobile yesterday via live chat; I waited for an hour for the promised agent to appear. I feel like I’m being penalized by their obviously overextended customer service staff.
