@sssssssssierra @Rogers i always get screwed with fido with these messages, never cancels and once it even added 1.5gb twice for almost two months lol! best thing is to call

@phil_157 @Fidomobile Every last bit of this is to cut jobs and reduce costs for the corporation. It's all at the expense of the consumer, who receives poorer service and yet no decrease in costs.

@FidoMobile 49 minutes on hold and counting. Great customer service! I just want to cancel my service which surprisingly is not a self serve option. Hung up on Saturday after waiting 30 minutes. Hire some people!

@FidoAre @Fidomobile These providers that piggyback off of legitimate providers are all terrible. Personally would not waste my time. I’m with Bell and have zero issues or anything to complain about.
