    @sssssssssierra @Rogers i always get screwed with fido with these messages, never cancels and once it even added 1.5gb twice for almost two months lol! best thing is to call

    Fido provides you with the worst customer service in the world. their customer service representative does not know how to read the bill, they don't about the process and They also don't know how to resolve a customer's issues. This is my first and last contract with @Fidomobile

    @Fidomobile My heart skips a beat every single ******* time my phone rings because it means someone I love is in a bad situation or its another stressful call. 99% of the calls I get is from robots and I just can't anymore. Is there a way to mask my phone number I'm losing my ******* mind.

    @Fidomobile In the last 24 hours I’ve received 5 calls from a number V followed by 14 digits. I know this is scam and never answer these calls. Will these calls ever be intercepted and stopped by you?

    @Fidomobile I can be called anytime tomorrow or after 12pm on Sunday. I need to get this sorted. If my daughter occurs any problem or her life is at risk bcus of FIDO. I will sue you for endangering a child I need a call back from fraud & validation

    @Fidomobile Poor show of customer service FIDO, I have a case number C174030759, I have been wrongly charged on bill and there is no one who is helping and just sending automated response. Just switched to FIDO and feels like I made a terrible mistake.

    @Fidomobile I cnt keep answering security questions. I can go into a Fido store with I.D and they can confirm I am the account holder. I am a loyal customer & tell you not to put my daughter in danger. Fix the issue. Wen she calls in, assist her

    @Fidomobile I will make a formal complaint with CRTC. It is my human right to be helped. FIDO will lose millions if it is reported that a child under the age of 18 dies because FIDO “chose” not to hep. I need a call back as soon as possible.
