@jonkay Why is that unsurprising from Rogers. I’ve always been with their discount brand, Fido, and always had great service from them.

@Fidomobile Hi, I really need urgent support from the Fido team. I am a student from India, brought sim on 4th Sept and paid 1st-month bill. The New Oct 5th invoice shows a $101 amount which is surprising, I checked the bill I got charged $48 extra with additional call charges.

@Fidomobile I would like to file a formal complaint with Fido management for their roaming charges. Basically the customers are charged for roaming at $15 per day regardless if they use this service. This is totally unacceptable.
