    @Fidomobile Hey fido, I am getting high bill as my montly bill is 50 per month last time it was 107$, I talk with your customer care they said that bill the might of Service charges 40 for the first time, addition of 50 per month .But this month it went to 87 .Explain that to me.

    @Fidomobile I am loyalrity customer for 10+years, and called CSR for a good plan and they didn't make this happen. I am very disappointed for Fido treated loyalrity customer like this. I am shopping round Kodoo, they all have good deal for new client.

    @Fidomobile If I switch to another service, know that your website is a large chunk of the reason. It is a coin flip on whether I can even log in usually (today...not at all, other days, it might work). No, I am not that interested in following up on this point

    @Fidomobile It is Hilarious, 2nd complaint for this month, you guys need to upgrade communication between your employees, one gives promotional offer, second person denies it as first person did not put notes about that thing. Example of service getting worse....
