Howard Bailey (@howardruns) reported@Fidomobile & @Rogers, UR mobile customers would appreciate U configuring customer service support queues 2 call us back, rather than have us wait on the phone for extended periods of time (unless U call first thing in the morning) Please add your hours to after hours recording

SM (@Sabisweet_s) reported@Fidomobile honestly so disappointed. Been a loyal customer for YEARS and there’s zero appreciation for long-time customers. No help, no solutions. Loyalty clearly means nothing.

Schmermmmmmm (@schmermmmmmm) reported@Fidomobile HEADS UP. Your new 1-888 contact system is horrible. You cannot speak with an agent. You must choose a callback. Atrocious service. AI rage baiting service. Drives you made. Takes days for a call back.

Devin Riegle (@deriegle) reported@tearingItUp786 @Fidomobile It feels like people implemented this on day one of ChatGPT launch and never improved it from some alpha software It’s just an excellent example of tech debt at this point (we’ll fix it later and nobody does) I haven’t found a automatic chatbot experience I actually enjoy

Faye 🙋🏻♀️ (@ffurdyk) reported@Fidomobile why are you charging 2x for Travel Passes - due to a KNOWN billing issue - but decline my case when I’ve spotted the obvious overcharge of $160 on my monthly bills? Appreciate an explanation.

alexdoulis (@mhighca) reported@Fidomobile ...No bars in Carlisle, L0R 1H1, your support bot is asking me which number to call. help please

Michelle Almeida (@xalmeida12345) reported@Fidomobile Activating the plan is easy, but cancelling it is a huge bureaucratic process. This is an abuse and a lack of respect for foreigners who use the service. But I want to make it clear that I will not pay anything. I ask that you act with decency and cancel the charges.

Howard Bailey (@howardruns) reported@Rogers @Fidomobile I called close to opening time at 9 am, when @RogersHelps agents are available, so there was no hold time. The last #CSR and supervisor, with whom I spoke, were both extremely helpful. She resolved one major issue. The supervisor even called me back, when I accidentally hung up, whilst switching to my Bluetooth headset. Here are my challenges: 1. I needed to escalate to her manager, when what I needed accomplished, was out of her scope. Your policy, does not permit that level of management to interface directly within users. 2. I am not a fan of self service options, for customer support issues. Additionally, my reasonable adjustment request requires a managers override. If it wasn’t available option in your system, the supervisor with whom I spoke, would have made the changes. 3. Your company’s policies placed me in this situation, in the first place. If you renewed the notes for the two interaction numbers that I provided, and all of my interactions with your CSR‘s during the past two months, you were able to confirm this.
