  Horrible customer service from @Fidomobile . After being with them for over 15 years plus they increased my price and when I called to ask they tried a bandaid fix. Guess this is their way of saying they don't value me as a customer. 🤬 Time to shop around to other providers!

  It's been 3 months since I cancelled, yet @Fidomobile continuous to charge my credit card every single month. your customer service is non-existent. You haven't resolved my past billing disputes, but you keep creating new ones. Stop charging me and clear my past disputes now !
