  @Fidomobile Filing CCTS complaint. Mar 22: Promised $27/80GB. Agent ran credit check + wrong area code. Mar 24: 5hrs on calls, tech says porting impossible unless I pay $70. Cancelled, but billed $116 today (Mar 26) for UNUSED service. Void this now. #CCTS #Fido #Telecom

  @Fidomobile I was within the two weeks, I should be able to just cancel and get my money back. I tried it, didn’t work out, oh well. This leads to the first time I called in. I tell the rep that I’m looking to cancel my service, "Oh, let me check... (4/21)

My phone is cut off for no payment even tho it is automatic debit and i have money in my account. FIDO i have no phone service and i am HAPPY TO PAY!   @lynn130415 no one @Fidomobile dosent let u cancel ur phone plan then @Rogers threatens u with credit score issues and then eventually ur phone is cut off. then they offer u deals for how much little they r willing to settle with u when u wanted to cancel the plan before accumulating charges
