@Fidomobile I was disconnected from chat after 5mins of inactivity after waiting 3 hours to get someone. Phone lines and chat are now down. Website isn't working. I have been trying to set up voicemail for a week and can't. What gives? Unacceptable.

Today, after two hours wait, an incompetent person put me back to the wait line. The chat service was cut off unless you keep typing. Being busy is not excuse.

@Fidomobile your customer service is INFURIATING. 2.5 hours on hold, u asked 1 question then was told "Customer Service would know" and was out on hold for another 2.5 hours!! OMFG I'm switching. See ya.
