Being trans is enough of a challenge, companies should not make our lives harder by making name change processes hidden and archaic. Fido has made changing my name with them to be a special pain as they require documents to be faxed or mailed. @Fidomobile fix your process please.

@FidoSolutions Dear Julien, I m not sure if DM-ing Fido will actually do anything. I spent 45 minutes on the phone only to be talked to condescendingly and no solution. Unless you have some magical customer loyalty and services skills this is a mute point.

@livingsanctuary I don’t know if my Dad is on Rogers or not (‘m on Fido), but I’ve had failed calls and that has never happened before.

A genuine customer to be labelled fraud without any information,due diligence & locking out of online account services. Need a call back asap & instant resolution. @Fidomobile please, for real, get your Credit Operations situation calmed down ASAP. Being one month behind is no reason to have to hear from Credit Operations 4 times a week for being a little behind. Especially since the goodwill isn't exactly there after July 8...

Apparently @Fidomobile doesn’t want to have customers anymore. Just spoke with their rep, who informed me that they will compensate me for 1 day of outage, i.e. $2.50(for each line I own). I’m switching all my lines to @Bell #rogersoutage #rogersdown
