    @Fidomobile 's customer service is horrible. Honestly, I feel that there is no Canadian communication company that does the job right. Everything is expensive, the staff isn't trained properly and they'll literally lie to get out of a situation...

    Never again @Fidomobile When I preorder from a wireless carrier ahead of a release, I expect you to have a certain number of readily available items. If I wanted to wait a month to get my iPhone, I would have bought it directly from Apple. Never again.

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Fido has most poor helpline service I waited 35 minutes to talk with representative then she verified info and call disconnected online help service is just time wasting

    How is everyone I know getting these really nice text/deals from their phone providers. @Fidomobile never sends me anything. I am livid. After me and my family been loyal customers for so many years. Anyone know any new providers? I think it's time for a change.
