@BetamaxRob @cbccostofliving $85 for Bell Fibe Internet. Have had Acanac and Fido Home in the past. Cheaper for sure, but slower speeds, poorer customer service, intermittent service (particular with Acanac). Also have a relatively low cost Fibe TV service $30/mo which I can only get as an Internet customer.

Goal is to shave my current $80 monthly bill DOWN rather than increase costs. I am open to other providers that have decent signal in Ontario. X.x Disappointed that staying with Fido doesn't feel like an option at ALL given how much my bill would increase for a similar plan...

Hello @Rogers i had the worst experience with you in the past couple of days and i am done with you #Ottawa #Canada #bell #telus #fido everybody stay away from rogers and you will be charged extra and you wouldn’t even know unless you look for it

Today is the first day I can register for my covid vaccine BUT their system needs to verify my phone number through a text message. @Rogers I still don't have service from your sister company, @Fidomobile. The only reason you guys made a statement is that we complained. Otherwise, you would have kept quiet about it. 24 hours and counting without phone service is unacceptable.

My bill was overdue on the same day of the outage. I asked if they can waive the small fee of $2.91 since I couldn't even use my phone. "We are not liable for losses during an outage and it was not a planned outage" says Fido. @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions #rogersoutage
