    @Fidomobile what gives . I have 6 lines and home internet with you guys been with you for years and trying to get any type of early loyalty upgrade is horrible. Loyalty says they can't do absolutely anything for me . Guess its time to bring my lines over to tells one by one

    So disappointed and upset with @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I’m on disability and made payment online, first time it finally came up error payment not received. Then puts both my $175 payments thru, customer service says my fault call bank ! 2 days later I find out

    such a waste of time and bad experience @Fidomobile received broken tablet, needed to return being charged on the next bill for free offered device, no compensation given

    @Fidomobile stop calling me from this (+1 877 866-9930) number. I am answering the call and you hang up after 3 seconds. It happened more than 10 times in last 7 days. I really don’t want what you are marketing, please stop!

    @Fidomobile Stuck in India due to Covid. Suspended my phone/internet plan before coming. Period expired and got a huge bill. Should get email notification before resuming service w/o my consent. Please help to get refund. Should not get charged for the service I havn't used..

    She was almost in TEARS. The CSR made her feel so bad, for something she didn’t EVEN DO. What a joke. The telecommunications oligarchy in this country is absolutely VILE. @Fidomobile should be ashamed, and should definitely fix this, immediately.
