Today, after two hours wait, an incompetent person put me back to the wait line. The chat service was cut off unless you keep typing. Being busy is not excuse.

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions two and a half hours on hold to be told "sorry we can't answer your call try again later" and disconnected. Worst service in a decade. so disappointed. Was trying to speak to someone before switching to another. there is busy - then there is that...

    @Fidomobile chat disconnected me after 5 mins of inactivity after I waited for them for 3 hours. Phone lines are down. Haven't been able to reach you guys all week trying to set up voicemail. What gives?

    @Fidomobile Don't you love it when you wait for 2+ hours in a chat that doesn't bother to give you your position in queue, and you don't look at it for 5 mins and it cuts you off because YOU didn't answer them in time? God this company is a **** show
