I have 6 lines and home internet with you guys been with you for years and trying to get any type of early loyalty upgrade is horrible. Loyalty says they can't do absolutely anything for me . Went back to the store to talk, told me to call customer service and now they scheduling a call back for after a week. CRAZY!!
