@Fidomobile one of your reps forgot about me and I've been on hold for 45+ minutes. This is ridiculous customer service.

Hey @Fidomobile i have been on hold for almost 2 hours trying to cancel my service, how is that fair??? if i was working at the office, i would never be able to be on hold this long!! @CRTCeng

@Fidomobile I keep getting tons of missed calls and I think my number is being spoofed. Any help to stop that?

  • Daniels8Alex Alex.Daniels8 (@Daniels8Alex) reported

@Fidomobile I have been a customer since 2014. Every 2 years when signing a new contract, Fido would always give you something for being a loyal returning customer. Apparently that is no longer the case and customer loyalty is not worth anything. Why would you encourage hopping?

  • flybaba flybaba (@flybaba) reported

@Fidomobile My home internet is not working since Saturday morning and it's Sunday evening now. With people working from home, is there anyway to get some troubleshooting soon. No light for @ sign while Home light is blinking on my modem. East York, Toronto resident here. Thanks!

  • kindgoblin Pine Cone (@kindgoblin) reported

@Fidomobile I sent my phone in for repairs & got a loaner phone. I returned the loaner phone in the mail, but still recieved a $300 charge claiming I didn't I never recieved any communications about it for 2 months, just a charge out of nowhere. When I called, they hung up on me

  • MrtKaram Martin Karam (@MrtKaram) reported

@Fidomobile black friday #promotions are an absolute #scam. If you are a #LOYAL customer you cannot benefit unless you make an upgrade. And the amounts they advertise differ from one store to another!

  • _harmonyxo Harmonica Lewinskyღ (@_harmonyxo) reported

@itsmarikae @Fidomobile I’ll give them a call, just frustrating because I’ve been here 2 months now and I keep having the same issue. I called them 3x already and they couldn’t see an issue on their end

  • CircularLogic89 CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported

@DondeBelle1 @Fidomobile You will need to contact customer service to make the change. You should note that there's a migration fee for the switch between the plan types

  • realtworoosters Warren (@realtworoosters) reported

@Fidomobile I had a lengthy chat today with a promise of a fee change, asked for a transcript. 4 1/2 hours later no transcript. Help please
