@Fidomobile I scheduled a call back for the next day to change my account. I get the call back and the service rep hangs up on me or “disconnected”. Now I have to wait until tomorrow to schedule another call back. This isn’t available online, please can someone just help today?

1/2 @Rogers @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Recieved a msg that my service will be stopped in 24hs due to my bill. At work we lost our overtime and had a 2 week shutdown due to #tarrifs. This has made things difficult. My work, my wife and children depend on their phones.
