@jonkay Why is that unsurprising from Rogers. I’ve always been with their discount brand, Fido, and always had great service from them.

@Fidomobile So Fido aka Rogers still continues to provide a service loaded with call drops and frequent data dis-connectivity.... Makes me feel as though I am living in a remote jungle.

@FidoSolutions Sorry, I think you've misread the tweet. I mean to say I'm regretting it very much as the number of scam calls and fraud texts/ links I recieve has gone up in huge numbers. For both me and my husband. Very disappointed at the service now @Fidomobile

@Fidomobile It has been exactly 9 days since I joined Fido and I am already thinking to switch.First called tech support to fix the speed. Today when I saw my credit report I was surprised to see Fido did two hard checks without my permission! BEWARE new customers

I still owe $600+ on my phone. Do I really have to pay that off if @Fidomobile is not providing the service in our contract? Has anyone had any similar experiences? I've tried to escalate this with Fido many times, no one calls me back.
