    @Fidomobile your response to the issues was to shut down all avenues of customer support. You could at least he helping your customers set up wifi calling since you're unable to keep your service running. Instead you in st show us you really don't care.

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Ok what's going on? This is ridiculous. It's been almost 18 hours! This isn't a "minor" or "intermittent" issue anymore. Why can't you tell us what's really going on? Did an asteroid smash into your satellite in space? I was with Koodo for over 10yrs and regret switching to Fido!

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Shouldn’t all the customers who have this issue right now be accredited with something on their account because of the interruptions. Im seeing tweets of people missing pretty important calls and so did I today because of this bs. Fix it @Fidomobile
