    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile @Rogers Wow Fido just tried to cheat me into paying for an account that’s been cancelled for a month. Not only did they cancel and refund for one month but they decided to restart to charge me.. like wtf!!!

    Clearly @Fidomobile wants to continue harassing me for money I don't owe. I guess I'll have to make a complaint to the consumer protection office. All this because they don't allow customers to report an invoicing bug, and no reasonable customer support. Incredible.

    @Fidomobile @RogersHelps @FidoSolutions You guys are trouble makers. I was at peace after leaving, but you brought me back with false promises—no hotspot, no free US calling. And no one is calling me back, which is disappointing. Fix this ASAP or I’ll move back to my old provider

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I’ve called 12+ times about charges for services that were never activated or used. Your notice says you received “no response” from me, yet I’ve repeatedly contacted customer service, billing, and collections with no resolution.
