    @NovaScotiaRasta @bamayhew @Bell @Eastlink @Fidomobile What galls me most is that @bell wouldn't match the offers from their competition. Fido has sweetened the pot that will let me terminate my service with @Bell_Aliant. So in theory @Bell_Support and @Bell_Aliant could lose 3 lines from us.

    @Fidomobile I am going to cancel my account in July, but in the meantime the plan I currently have is listed at half price of what I am paying. Can I change my plan and then cancel without penalty or is there a contract? I'm doing the switch online and it doesn't specify there is a contract.

    @Fidomobile where is your fraud team? I have been locked out of my account for days now after removing a fraudulent line that was activated. Straight to voicemail for both numbers provided by CS. Left messages, no response. What kind of service is this?!

    @VoiciRogers @Fidomobile @INMagazineCA Maybe start by not pushing the liability of your agent misinformation on a customer.I have been trying to resolve a dispute of over $600 to no avail.I keep getting pushed from one agent to the other. I am never recommending fido services to anyone I know.Resolve my dispute!!

    @Fidomobile a few minutes I talked with one agent but switch to other agent, I need fill up my information again, but is terrible for all customers.

    Worst cellphone company is @Fidomobile The app never opens, it lags for days literally, somehow I used a GB of data in 5 mins without even opening an app and so on...
