    @NovaScotiaRasta @bamayhew @Bell @Eastlink @Fidomobile What galls me most is that @bell wouldn't match the offers from their competition. Fido has sweetened the pot that will let me terminate my service with @Bell_Aliant. So in theory @Bell_Support and @Bell_Aliant could lose 3 lines from us.

    @Fidomobile i have been charged interest on my bill. Need to discuss that but everytime i call, it says wait time is about 3hrs. Is a customer expected to be on hold for 3 hrs?

    @Fidomobile Dear Fido Mobile- I'm so sick of your Customer Service. My Father is a senior w/ a senior mobile & home phone plan/service that is not working. You asked him to wait 72 hrs w/ no service & he's an ailing man w/ medical issues. Your rep was RUDE. UNACCEPTABLE. FIX THIS

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile How to do fraud detection wrong (: 1. allow a customer to request an iPhone upgrade 2. send them the iPhone 3. block their account for fraud suspicion 4. never let them know why they don't have a signal 5. don't ever call the customer back Thanks, Fido!

    @Fidomobile Hey - the app is not working correctly - I cannot access Xtra except through an message from Fido that was sent last Thursday - you changed the app for Black Friday and it is messed up. Also - my account online shows incorrect information. What's going on?

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I have been in queue with “Jack” for over 4 hours. Wait time on hold is over 2 hours! What is worse your wait times or service area?
