can’t believe after telling my boyfriend to come to @Fidomobile because of how amazing a phone company they are they actually never called to ask him what was going on with his irregular billing. instead they blame him rather than give actual customer service.

unless @Fidomobile wants to provide ACTUAL customer service like what i made him bring his business over for then i’ll be leaving. i’ve influenced many friends to come to fido. sad i’ve been advertising for a company that doesn’t care to help their customers 🤠

@Fidomobile after 20 years of ridiculous customer service 🙄 I finally decided to cancel a service that only asks me to pay more every year and do not value loyalty. I received my last bill and I asked them to email me a copy as I no longer have access to the my account t to

@Fidomobile It was not even mentioned in my agreement that add on service is valid for 2 years. This whole thing gave me so much mental stress. (3/3)

@Fidomobile My Fido internet has been down for 2 days. I've had to tether to my phone and use its data, which rapidly depleted my data for the month. Given you are my internet provider, surely there is some way you can compensate my data use this month??? Pls and thank you.

Add on services provided by @Fidomobile are very shady. They never notify you on the app about the add on services expiration dates. Not even the salesman told me that my international calling add-on service is only valid for 2 years. This cost me $1700 in my last month bill(1/3)

@Fidomobile I received a long distance charge on my last phone bill for a 25 min call to Nicaragua. I spoke to a Fido representative and he insisted that Fido’s records indicated that this call came from my phone. I have never called Nicaragua nor do I even know how.
