Day 4 of @RogersHelps @Fidomobile home internet being completely out. Website says no known issues. No communication on FB or Twitter about the outage. No estimate for resumption of service. I'm pretty patient and honestly thankful we didn't lose power, but this is ridiculous.

@Fidomobile Hey! I am in Ottawa and haven’t had wifi for 3 days due to storm.. they’re saying it might be another 2 days before we get it back. As a loyal customer of over 20 years w Fido is it possible to get additional data?!? I have a 2.5 year old and she needs entertainment!

Power has now been out for almost 24 hrs. I’ve used 4GB of data because I can’t use WiFi at home. What solutions do I have @Fidomobile? I’ll inevitably use the remaining 3GB in the next few hours. I’ve never gone over my limit but it appears I’m about to. #ONStorm

Two separate calls, 45 minutes later and @Fidomobile customer retention keeps hanging up every time a costumer service rep transfers me. A complete waste of my morning.
