    Fido fucked up my phone bill badly and instead of calling and screaming at customer service since I know that that certain individual I’m speaking to isn’t at fault, treated her super nice and told her to have a lovely day despite the bad calls she might get later on

    Reasons why I hate @Fidomobile: - agents didn't listen to my problem when trying to set up a new SIM card - cancelled service with Fido with an agent over chat - was charged for two months before some at Fido listened and stopped the reoccuring payments - it took Fido four

    Pet shop marketing teams: Keep track of ur customer's pets. I have 0 dogs. No reason for me to get 1-5 emails/day from pet shops like "Xmas gifts 4 ur dog!" "Stocking stuffers 4 Fido!" Wastes everyone's time. I wanna know what stupid holiday outfits I can buy for my cat instead.

    @motoridersd @robdaemon @CBUScub LastPass right now required OTP. The YubiKey 5 NFC ($45) has OTP, works with LastPass via NFC (and also has FIDO2). The SKY (blue key) is FIDO only and doesn't have OTP. However LastPass has publicly said that they are working on FIDO2 support.

    @thompson_si @leostera Thanks @adriancolyer for a fascinating article. I was blissfully unaware of serious "low-code/no-code" frameworks until today, after 23 years in the business. Might be partly why some business' sites became so unbearably heavy/slow. (LinkedIn, Tangerine, Fido, Canadian Tire…)

    @NovaScotiaRasta @bamayhew @Bell @Eastlink @Fidomobile What galls me most is that @bell wouldn't match the offers from their competition. Fido has sweetened the pot that will let me terminate my service with @Bell_Aliant. So in theory @Bell_Support and @Bell_Aliant could lose 3 lines from us.

    @FidoSolutions @fido @rogers I haven't got the revised tracking from QMS yet! I would appreciate if Fido take some efforts to ensure the delivery and courier information to the customers when u accept online orders & use unreliable courier service & say "we delivery in 2days" on fido website.
