Seeker (@SeekerStreams) reported@Fidomobile I had auto payments active and a payment bounced.. Once I got the funds I made a manual payment and then the auto payment came out as well after.. I accidentally paid twice! Support is telling me ill get a cheque in 5 weeks if I want a refund... are you kidding me?
