Is anyone else on @Fidomobile having issues today because my bill is completely paid off and my phone is disconnected? The site's chat keeps giving me an error and I can't call. I tried to set up wifi calling but it requires sending me a text code. There are no payphones around

@Fidomobile Terrible service provider!!! I am switching carriers immediately. You continuously prove to be incapable of providing the services we as customers pay for.
