I have 6 lines and home internet with you guys been with you for years and trying to get any type of early loyalty upgrade is horrible. Loyalty says they can't do absolutely anything for me . After taking to customer support again today & explaining my issue again & again. Firstly, a system error happened again due to which the $10 promotion was not added to plan.
