    So disappointed and upset with @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I’m on disability and made payment online, first time it finally came up error payment not received. Then puts both my $175 payments thru, customer service says my fault call bank ! 2 days later I find out

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions No one wants to be responsible to replace a defective phone while I'm wasting time and money on every "come back" or talk to fido or the store... All broken promises

    @Fidomobile what gives . I have 6 lines and home internet with you guys been with you for years and trying to get any type of early loyalty upgrade is horrible. Loyalty says they can't do absolutely anything for me . Guess its time to bring my lines over to tells one by one

    @ServicesAlberta, I just realized that @Fidomobile is charging me taxes for ON when I only opened an account with them when I arrived in AB. I would like to lodge a formal complaint, please guide!

    @Fidomobile value your customer and respect your commitment. At the time of the contract store commited something and now it can not be done !!! Candadins are paying the highest price for the setvice and still company's not repecting theit commitments.

    @Fidomobile We have different opinions about a thing but that doesn’t mean you as a manager could attack me personally and refused to provide me with essential service.

    I have a billing discrepancy, and I am very disappointed with the @Fidomobile customer service. We had an "ongoing" offer for 1000 international minutes when we added a line. Suddenly, the minutes expire, and we have to face an 800$ + extra bill!

    @Fidomobile I’ve never experienced a horrible customer service like that. Unprofessional, hostile and crazy. This manager should be sent to a retraining program and teach her how to talk with a customer with courtesy!
