What I’ve seen out there are police officers on traffic duty, ignoring blatant traffic violations. This is a cultural problem, not one of budget. I never use the browser on my personal computer because I have the app. Worst, it's not possible to issue backup codes for cold storage or use a FIDO Yubikey.
