@freedomsupport No, not a customer. I was waiting to re-up with my provider till Freedom arrived but decide that until your "In-Network" covers more territory it wouldn't work for me. You now have 2 years to improve it and then there is a good chance I will switch.

@freedomsupport So, spending too much time texting back & forth and another 15 minutes on the phone to get ZERO resolution and another "our system is down right now" response is not good customer service. I've been a customer for 6 years & now I have to look at other services.

**** #shawpasspoint and the ***** @FreedomMobile for this ****. On another note. iPhone actually sucks. Get over it fanboys and girls. Terrible over priced product that is no longer the benchmark and has not been for years.

@freedomsupport It's taken me 3 different conversations across 3 different platforms, to a single reasonable resolution. 2 hours of my day have been consumed by this, and it's still ongoing.
