@freedomsupport No, not a customer. I was waiting to re-up with my provider till Freedom arrived but decide that until your "In-Network" covers more territory it wouldn't work for me. You now have 2 years to improve it and then there is a good chance I will switch.

@freedomsupport This company is a scam and they don’t have nearly enough technology to meet the average consumers needs. Yes they offer their services with fun little twists but rest assured every tech support staff will hang up on you and not one of them speaks English.

@freedomsupport doesn't let you downgrade your data plans even though you don't get cell service in the most basic areas that should have service. Then tells you the discounts promised are actually expiring now so your plan is increasing even though you have bad service

@freedomsupport Hey there! I spoke to 2 customer service representatives tonight about this. The first one told me ot must have been a fraud and 2nd that the offer finished 1 day before I did the transaction! They offered partial compensation for the $30 tab. This is bad faith action.
