@freedomsupport No, not a customer. I was waiting to re-up with my provider till Freedom arrived but decide that until your "In-Network" covers more territory it wouldn't work for me. You now have 2 years to improve it and then there is a good chance I will switch.

@freedomsupport .Investigate this for EVERYONE! There's no way u guys wouldnt be held somewhat responsible if someone died because there was an issue dialing 911 from the @FreedomMobile network This is an issue that ur company is aware of now & a notice to the public is necessary #publichealth

@FreedomMobile You know what’s not big gig energy? Forcing iPhone users (maybe android) to use ShawPasspoint and ShawMobileHotspot with no way of removing them so they auto connect. Just another of bad user experience that seems to be a ‘feature’.

@FreedomMobile you guys need to give L.P. over at @freedomsupport a raise. I spent nearly 10 hours between two days trying to get an issue resolved & got passed person to person until L.P. took it upon themselves to look into the issue for me. Top tier employee to say the least!

@FreedomMobile is your stuff broken? I'm in SW Edmonton and my internet has been down all morning, data hardly works and your support keeps disconnecting and the messaging option sends no text msg.
