@freedomsupport No, not a customer. I was waiting to re-up with my provider till Freedom arrived but decide that until your "In-Network" covers more territory it wouldn't work for me. You now have 2 years to improve it and then there is a good chance I will switch.

@freedomsupport Likewise, but this stuff is very concerning. The fact that your customers are targeted BECAUSE they are customers on your phone network should provide more impetus to actively fight this. Older, or less savvy people could have easily fallen for this. Many already have, I am sure.

@FreedomMobile : What pathetic services you have. I logged a complaint with CCTS against you and your term is negotaiting non stop with such delayed response. You guys changed the plan and bound me to 2 years contract.I will take this up and fight against your team for lying.

@FreedomMobile love that my service inexplicably couldn't be renewed this morning so I had to borrow a friend's phone to get to the hospital for a pregnancy emergency and now the website won't let me top-up either. 👍
