@freedomsupport No, not a customer. I was waiting to re-up with my provider till Freedom arrived but decide that until your "In-Network" covers more territory it wouldn't work for me. You now have 2 years to improve it and then there is a good chance I will switch.

@FreedomMobile is hands down the worst of all the providers. Strong arm tactics and multiple attempts to cancel a prepaid $15 phone. Said they would do it, never did, phone was no longer in their poor service area. Very rude customer service. Kept me waiting to make me give up
