@freedomsupport No, not a customer. I was waiting to re-up with my provider till Freedom arrived but decide that until your "In-Network" covers more territory it wouldn't work for me. You now have 2 years to improve it and then there is a good chance I will switch.

@freedomsupport Your support line team is ******* useless! I was promised my deposit back after 6 months of good standing payment and it has now elapsed. I spoke to someone 2 weeks ago who said it would be applied to my account via credit and guess what?! It didn’t happen! And when I follow up?

@freedomsupport potential local cellular outage in dundas ON starting around 1am EST or earlier. Getting nationwide but no local, and I always get full bars at home where it’s currently hard down.

@freedomsupport is that all yous do is tweet about when you are leaving for the day?? Why not work on getting us some decent cell reception or how about providing customers with a 5G service for the 5G sells you've been selling for many years now. Or are you waiting for 6G first?
