    @freedomsupport No, not a customer. I was waiting to re-up with my provider till Freedom arrived but decide that until your "In-Network" covers more territory it wouldn't work for me. You now have 2 years to improve it and then there is a good chance I will switch.

    @freedomsupport Its been a month you guys keep raising tickets but unable to resolve issue and your executive were so rude with me yesterday, I have been showing patience since one month instead of resolving issue he showed me attitude @freedomsupport

    @freedomsupport my LTE+ speed is hitting highs of only 5mbps all day? And I have full bars and Multiple resets fix nothing even with no apps open or in background using Internet.

    @freedomsupport Likewise, but this stuff is very concerning. The fact that your customers are targeted BECAUSE they are customers on your phone network should provide more impetus to actively fight this. Older, or less savvy people could have easily fallen for this. Many already have, I am sure.

    @FreedomMobile my service hasn't been working since Monday, I've been on the phone with you guys longer than I've seen my friends this week trying to fix this and no one has been able to help....I think I'm switching to @Fidomobile
