I was waiting to re-up with my provider till Freedom arrived but decide that until your "In-Network" covers more territory it wouldn't work for me. You now have 2 years to improve it and then there is a good chance I will switch.

My calls went to some clueless agent in call centre in India. Text messages at answered by BOTS. Once a customer @freedommobile doesn't care.
