All agents confirmed have noted account,finally after 5-6 hrs hardware upgrade agent said its out of stock n have to visit store n cant guarantee the deal I got. Worst cx service

CX service told me phone is no longer in stock and I cant change to a phone that is in stock? 'To just wait it out' the worst!!
