    @FreedomMobile Your reps can’t seem to make up their mind when declining to give a long term loyal customer the $0/10GB Promotional add-on that has been offered to 1000s. They keep coming up with different reasons, each adding their own spice. 🙄

    @freedomsupport I've tried going through Twitter support to no avail, and calling. I keep getting told the exact same thing. That I have to pay the other half for full service, which I'm unable to do. I keep asking for 1 phone to at least be activated, since half the payment went through

    @freedomsupport I'm complaining I can't seem to get the job done with your phone team. Obviously I couldn't get it done online. And your suggestion is that I go to a physical location? Really? I'm sorry, I don't mean to be rude, but this is ridiculous.

    @freedomsupport tried calling to resolve a billing issue. Got told to call within open hours.. Which I definitely am. Just trying to actually pay you money even though I have autopay set up you aren't charging me.

    @Crackmacs @koodo @FreedomMobile Stay with koodoo. Shaw looks okay? I've been really disappointed with Freedom's network access once you are out of the city. And I'm usually on the #2 corridor. I knew they are a smaller company with a smaller range, but I was still disappointed.

    @Crackmacs @koodo @FreedomMobile I’d switch tbh. I’m paying so much damn money to Koodo and I feel like it’s a ripoff just because I use data a lot. I’m thinking of paying the balance on my phone soon and jumping ship
