@FreedomMobile Received email for $10 off for 15 months. I pre order iPhone 12 pro max on Nov 26. Yesterday I went to pick up my phone. They said this deal is over. You can’t get it. I want to buy phone on that day but you guys didn’t have phone. any solution?

@FreedomMobile @FreedomMobile Me/my wife been with you guys for last 9 years on grandfather plan which you don’t provide anymore. I called and asked if I can more data for low cost or even free. I was turned down. That’s what you get I guess being loyal customers so I will be changing providers

@FreedomMobile I tried ordering a phone online but that seems to only be done through a agent that never answered me. So I missed out on the s20 fe 5g for 55 now it’s over 60 :/
