@crvnts_minnie @FreedomMobile Freedom, I'm NOT really happy when one of your relations staff makes me an offer in a chat (which I have record of), only to be told later by another of your relations star that it can't be done. NEVER have I experienced anything like that with any relations department! 😱 😡🤔

@FreedomMobile How is it possible that I'm barely getting two bars (and zero lte) in K2G? And often it will show "roaming only, no service"? It's literally the centre of the city? Puzzling.

@FreedomMobile I was late paying my bill by 7 hours, my deepest regrets, but did you have to shut down my outgoing service? #virginmobile

@GeekyGoldenberg @FreedomMobile All carriers do that. Just read the fine print. If you purchase the device outright from the manufacturer (or another carrier - you don't even need to be customer, just mention you WANT to buy it regardless as I did), then no such fees exist.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport YO! I'll be calling in the morning to cancel Internet and Mobile with you. Time to go local with a different ISP and I guess @FreedomMobile ?

@AdamOculporate @freedomsupport It really is. They comped the device the same before they changed the rules this way. It just allows them to bill a customer who moves out of the coverage area. It's still an acquisition tool for marketing except now we are the ones paying for their recruiting.
