@FreedomMobile trying assiduously to switch to your network. Can’t be this difficult to get this done. No store willing to give me ‘friend and family’ discount. This is #noservice at all. Need help here!!!

@FreedomMobile it would be nice if your site worked to set up account online (tried for a week already). Now I’ll have to go to store to stare a NEW service and pay many fees. Is that a scam or is your site that terrible? #badtech #badservice

My partner who lost their job as many have during the pandemic was just navigating a horrible service experience with @FreedomMobile. No empathy or interest in supporting their clients during this challenging time.

@freedomsupport Okay. Well maybe you should hire more employees so that customer service feels like service.

@freedomsupport I did. They want me to order through Amazon. I asked them to send when the system works - nobody seems to take ownership at freedom to sort out issues on your side...

Tried to dispute $36 in bogus charges w/ @FreedomMobile Can't believe I had to escalate to a supervisor to get SOME resolution. For all their efforts to attract new customers, I would say #buyerbeware. If you're looking for helpful customer service, Freedom might not be for you!

@freedomsupport I looked at the plans and spoke to agents plus chat on whatapp. Lack of knowledge, very frustrating, crappy service. I guess that how you retain your clients. Why don't you have a manager call me
