    @FreedomMobile trying assiduously to switch to your network. Can’t be this difficult to get this done. No store willing to give me ‘friend and family’ discount. This is #noservice at all. Need help here!!!

    ANALYSIS: @Rogers @TELUS and @Bell will never listen and the CRTC is weak, so just head to @FreedomMobile and get a LOT more bag for your buck. CRTC ruled that 1 GB/$30 is minimum for Canada. Not good enough.

    @freedomsupport i recently had a conversation with Freedom customer support. They need proper training about their companies packages, They need to be courtios rather than aaggressive. Pretty bad experience with freedom, call reception is very poor.

    @freedomsupport I spent over 2 hours w/ your tech support before they told me it was defective & I'd have to get to a special store within 15 days of purchase-- even tho it's illegal to refuse to take back a defective product in Canada.. After my contract, you'll have lost a 8+ years customer.

    @FreedomMobile what is up with the service today. I tried make a call like four times and only one connected. I had full bars/lte! Also on that note 9 out of 10 calls I make it drops out! Figure it out!!!

    @freedomsupport I just signed up $60 plan with friends and family which would give me $15 off per month. Just got the first bill and i dont see that promo applied. Called customer service, they said it will apply from second bill. Cant belive this..noone said anything like this when signed up.
