@freedomsupport Thanks for the offer. There's nothing you can do. I used to overlook the spotty service area because the price was low. Now your plans aren't significantly different from other carriers, but your coverage area is. Solving that issue isn't in your job description.

@ShawInfo needs to sell @FreedomMobile at a discount. They have neglected the network. It's unacceptable that in this day and age rain interrupts mobile data.

@dhogg72 @freedomsupport Hi again @FreedomMobile, you asked for them to reach out. They have. Twice. Are you getting a sense of how their customer service experience has been thus far as you charge them massive fees for canceling services following the death of their child?

@freedomsupport With all due respect, your process could go something like this: "My child died, I need to cancel the plan and return the phone." "We'll take care of everything, the plan is canceled as of now, we'll send you a return package for the phone. Condolences."

Hi, @FreedomMobile. A friend's son died of cancer. You might imagine that negotiating your high fees to cancel their son's plan and return the phone is the last thing they need on top of their grief. Anything you can do to show some basic humanity and compassion?
