@freedomsupport You need service in more places because every time I go to a city up north or out of town it says “nationwide” or “no service” and that is a huge inconvenience when I left your competitor @Rogers because you offered a cheaper/affordable plan

Just had a phone conversation with @FreedomMobile customer service and it was the most frustrating thing ever. Why do they even have one because nothing can be done over the phone, it has to be all in store, which during this pandemic, I don't want to go into a store.

I get the same answer from them everytime that I try to talk to an agent. Rogers is saying that Freedom is denying their request to port the number.FREEDOM NOT WORTH IT!!!!
