Then @FreedomMobile DMed me. They offered an IPhone XR for zero down. $10 a month for 2 years for the phone and $55 a month for the Promo Freedom plan which is 6GB plus 4B at no additional charge. That promo is locked in for 2 years. They lose $550 on the phone.

@hootchandcootch @FreedomMobile @FreedomMobile falsely charged me $500 on my credit card and account and suspended my line after I disputed with my credit card company. Then they said I have to pay an extra $125 to get my line opened even tho their credit card system not working

So @FreedomMobile really wants me to travel 1 and 30 mins to a different city just to return a phone when it’s not in the return policy...that’s some prime customer service right there

@FreedomMobile I got an offer to upgrade to the SE but I have to go to a store to order it - during a pandemic!!!! Ridiculous 🤬 the only store near me shows that it is open but they aren’t picking up the phone. Your “offer” to upgrade expires on Friday - please help!!!

@wolfeyez6 @FreedomMobile Treat others the way you expect to be treated. Otherwise you'll get hung up on, or dismissed in a polite way, as what just happened. 10+ years as a customer, and I would never treat anyone the way you did. If your home will not allow signal inside, there's Wi-Fi calling.

@FreedomMobile been charged 2 x $30 connection fees for my phone and Apple Watch. Was told that setting up my watch would be free and I would not be charged $10 monthly. However I’ve been charged $42 total this month. Please rectify as customer service aren’t helping. Thanks
