    It's always disappointing when you're on the phone with @RogersHelps (*611) and they tell you they can't help you and then they suggest something you didn't ask for. Sadly going to @FreedomMobile as they sell the data only option I want for my cousin who's visiting Canada soon.

    @thebigguy86 @FreedomMobile iPhone X isn’t known for connection issues. That’s not the problem. The further I get off any major highway the worse my signal even in the middle of Mississauga inside someone’s home. I’m down to two bars!

    @freedomsupport Your assistance means nothing. Since you can’t improve my connection to your Network. you’re still miles away from being able to get the same signal strength as your competitors! According to you coverage Map,I shouldn’t have any signal issues, but the truth proves otherwise

    @AMV86941518 @FreedomMobile @TELUS You should switch...been with @freedomsupport for 7+ years and I am so happy. Was with the other 3 early on when moved from Chicago, kept my US cell at the same time cuz they were horrible. As soon as Freedom came to town, I switched!

    @chopstix21 @mitch909 @Rogers @FreedomMobile I’ve live in Hamilton. Joined two years ago and signal strength off major highways it mediocre at best. I suppose to get LTE. In most places I don’t. And at best it’s 3g. Never mind indoors of most buildings. iPhone X.

    I spent my #snowday speaking with @TELUSsupport service reps. In December 2017 @TELUS and other major Cell companies matched the @FreedomMobile #10GB plans. 14 months pass they raise the fee $10. The price we pay for #Cellphone service in #Canada is ridiculous. @CRTCeng

    @freedomsupport Many years ago when I had your service with Wind mobile, I was told that there is a slight I could go to to report spots which was not getting service. Does that still exist as I have issues on Brant Street and & Dundas in Burlington.

    @paul_wb_wtf @alderaphobia @Rogers @FreedomMobile I agree the coverage is mediocre at best outside the Toronto area. And any great distance off any major highways around the GTA. Extra gigs are good. But you’ll suffer overall with service coverage.

    @freedomsupport Hello. I had no internet connection all morning while I was at Credit Valley Hospital and had to use Wifi. Normally my phone switches to LTE when I don’t want to use public Wifi but it didn’t. Did Freedom have issues with internet this morning.

    @freedomsupport i recently had a conversation with Freedom customer support. They need proper training about their companies packages, They need to be courtios rather than aaggressive. Pretty bad experience with freedom, call reception is very poor.

I wasn’t worried about bears camping, I was worried if I got *****/assaulted I can’t call 911.

    If you want to save your sanity, don’t sign up with @FreedomMobile because the service is trash and the billing is unethical. Who the heck charges clients FINES for changing phone plans? @Bell @TELUSsupport @Rogers if my plan was $50 in June I shouldn’t be charged $100 to revert

    @freedomsupport No, it's sporadic. It says unable to connect, contact customer care. Reseting the phone generally works, but only for a few hours, then it disconnects.

    @trevor_land @FreedomMobile You have been told there is a process to deal with this issue but you refuse to partake in it as you don't think that the CSRs are important enough. Just go through the steps they ask you to and some sort of resolution will be reached.
