On the line for over 42 mins (!) arguing to get compensation for a US roaming pkg I purchased last week. I was assured on 2 separate occasions prior to my trip it would work with no issues... it did not.

Not to mention your coverage for reception is horrendous! $60 for 15Gb LTE data, ripping me off have offers for $60 for 20/25gb data

How can I ensure they know what I mean and how to do that? I can paste the conversation points here but it is lengthy with the back and forth messages. They took a long time to understand my concerns.
