    @ReinhartG @FreedomMobile I’ve been with @koodo mobile forever. Unlimited text and calling and 10G for $60 a month. I’ve never had an issue and no contract.

    Well @FreedomMobile come this Saturday you would have lost a customer! Update to the network.... I can now only receive/Send and make calls on wifi or in Central London. What a joke

    Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.

    @FreedomMobile Forced Auto-Payment upon me a Customer of over 10 year's, when I came in to grab a new Google Pixel 10. I refused he wouldn't sell me the phone. So I left. ****** business.

    @FreedomMobile your cell coverage is so awful since switching to your service my phone is basically useless unless I am on wifi. It’s horrible. SOS mode constantly and we’re 10 min from a city.

    You guys have the worst service @FreedomMobile, I tried to switch from Rogers to your carrier, no. was not even ported to Freedom, I went to the store, they also cancelled the service after 6 days and you guys already deducted my $88.48 from my auto payment. Are you refunding?
