  Well @FreedomMobile come this Saturday you would have lost a customer! Update to the network.... I can now only receive/Send and make calls on wifi or in Central London. What a joke

  @ReinhartG @FreedomMobile I’ve been with @koodo mobile forever. Unlimited text and calling and 10G for $60 a month. I’ve never had an issue and no contract.

  @FreedomMobile I am a customer trying to add a prepaid plan for another phone and about to give business to another carrier. Frustrated to no end using your website on desktop computer. I click the plan and there is no next step showing up.

  @FreedomMobile for a telecom company, you surely set the bar for how low quality and crappy a service can be. Your website does not load and it's been 48 hours. Please fix.
