    Well @FreedomMobile come this Saturday you would have lost a customer! Update to the network.... I can now only receive/Send and make calls on wifi or in Central London. What a joke

    @FreedomMobile very disappointed. I am right in the middle of the coverage zone and frequently have no service, and “away” network does not connect. This has happened multiple times. When I go in store the customer service is unfriendly and doesn’t try to help me.

    @FreedomMobile awesome job updating your mobile app. It went from being a functional method of me paying my bill, to non functional at all. Awesome job, can't wait to leave your service when my device is paid off.

    @freedomsupport Cannot send SMS. Called you twice. Agents are rude and give conflicting information. Waited 25 mins for your call. You disconnected after half a bell. sent DM here... no response... Not happy at all.

    @freedomsupport Hi freedom I used to be a freedom customer since the wind days. I unfortunately had to leave Canada for a bit but I didn't want to lose my plan so the loyalty agent gave me a case number so that when I'm back in Canada i could get my plan back.

    I just used @freedomsupport on WhatsApp to switch my play to the new 20 gig for $65. They kept my 3 gigs extra I already and didn’t change anything else billing wise. Customer service is A-plus. Also! 23 gigs of data for $65! I feel like I’m robbing someone.

    When I went to register with LG my phone that I bought through BestBuy, because your online store ran out of the LG G8X, I made a mistake about my provider because I thought they meant from where I bought it. Could you fix this for me, @freedomsupport ?

    @freedomsupport just spent 1h37m with RCS support because support and I thought my "1.5gb promo" plan had unlimited data. Can y'all send a memo "prepaid-only plans don't get unlimited internet" to your people. Sales reps too because she told me it was unlimited when I signed up.

    @freedomsupport Could you please look into coverage/quality on Anthony Henday highway in YEG between 100 Ave and Gateway blvd. Tried having a WhatsApp call and quality was terrible at times. Other side was on wifi so I know the issue is with me. Thanks
