Well @FreedomMobile come this Saturday you would have lost a customer! Update to the network.... I can now only receive/Send and make calls on wifi or in Central London. What a joke

@freedomsupport All I get is protocol error 404 this page does not exist. By the opening of business Monday morning I would like to be contacted by someone in real authority. This is not causing an immediate problem, but I can no longer waste my time repeating myself.

@MysticTheFox @FreedomMobile I think this is not about coverage. They decreased the speed per user, so they can allocate the same bandwidth to more users. In short, cost reduction. They are gaining time on something they already know. Blame the customer's phone, the environmental factors bla bla.

I find it sooooo stupid that the only 2 options you have to add a phone to your account with @FreedomMobile is thru either messaging or leaving your house and putting yourself at risk just to go into the store because calling in is NOT an option 🙄🙄
