@RadicalLynx @Raidin_Blue Yes, I too am on the @freedommobile Holiday Miracle plan and have had it for ages. While I've been a loyal customer for a decade I'd like to have more than 5gb of data. Looks like I'll have to change carriers as my loyalty is seen as a bug, not a feature.

  • diana10355930 diana (@diana10355930) reported

@freedomsupport "I can't believe it! I called on July 2020 to cancel my account and in August I got a bill. I called again to check&the guy confirmed that the cancellation was requested but it was never done. Now we are in November and they still call me for collection" #scammers

  • RajivKochhar Rajeev Kochhar (@RajivKochhar) reported

@FreedomMobile Terrible service. No one is able to help me . I have connectivity issues in my house. The phone calls drop. Already spoken to technical support and management over half a dozen time. Big on promises with no effort to deliver. Do not fall prey to cheap service

  • rwpickard Dr. Pickard (@rwpickard) reported

@freedomsupport Can I ask in a DM why @FreedomMobile's service coverage map is inaccurate, and the company's policy about its failure to cover? The approximate answer from support via phone and in-store: the map's an estimate, you missed the deadline, too bad.

  • the905guy 🇨🇦Matthew Dunn🇨🇦 (@the905guy) reported

@freedomsupport Yeah so i was on pre paid. Or post paid? Use the service then pay. Whatever that ones called. I would like to go back to that if I could. With a E-Sim do I have to do this in store? Looking for the BYOP 20gig for $45

  • diana10355930 diana (@diana10355930) reported

@FreedomMobile I heard people say Freedom Mobile is is an awful phone company and I didn’t listen. Take my advice think twice about going to this company. These people don’t even know what people are going through in this hardship time to do something like this is so messed up.

  • rwpickard Dr. Pickard (@rwpickard) reported

I know everyone will be shocked to hear this, but @FreedomMobile is the absolute worst. That's not on you, @freedomsupport, but what rotten management for a company.

  • Jimmy_jim_bo James Taylor (@Jimmy_jim_bo) reported

@FreedomMobile Glad my $100 a month service can't even guarantee I can make a call or get one for that matter. Should have stayed Wind Mobile because your services are here one second and then gone the next, just like the wind. After a year it's time to switch. See ya.

  • markpahulje Mark Pahulje (@markpahulje) reported

@freedomsupport When will you have network-level call blocking technology in place to stop spoofing of mobile numbers?
