@FreedomMobile hello I’m getting so many spam phone calls after switching service providers from entities that claim to be “Service Canada” - is there something that freedom mobile can do about this? AT&T has done something.

Usually @FreedomMobile has fantastic customer service, but today was not good! Told the person what phone I wanted to get right off the bat… spent 30 minutes trying to set up the new phone and plan, had to MESSAGE a live agent while on the phone (was directed to)…

@freedomsupport Hey @freedomsupport, I'm trying to pay my bill. The card I had on record expired. I can enter the new card info no problem, but it won't let me change my billing address, which is different for this card than it was for the old one. Please advise.
