    @FreedomMobile hello I’m getting so many spam phone calls after switching service providers from entities that claim to be “Service Canada” - is there something that freedom mobile can do about this? AT&T has done something.

    @FreedomMobile I made no changes, and my bill just went up 25%. Tried calling, texting, online chat, and Whatsapp. Nobody answers at any of these options. How do I get help with my account?

    @freedomsupport Freedom is all about the scam charging you to port your number. The service doesn’t even work 40 minutes out of the Guelph area.

    @FreedomMobile is a complete garbage service and I will disconnect all 3 accounts ASAP. I keep getting with the prepaid accounts and I hear is because we have some defect! My son ended up without the service in a dangerous situation because of your defect. There you have it!

    @FreedomMobile can you please review your APs in the Guelph (Kortright & Hanlon / Kortright & Edinburgh) area. I have 5g with between 2 & 3 of 4 bars but data is borderline unusable. IF it connects it's brutally slow.

    @FreedomMobile i dislike your phone company and your customer service very much. it’s really terrible how you steal money from customers and then when they call/live chat support numerous times, i don’t get respected or helped and the manager even spells my name wrong
