@freedomsupport I have not had difficulty. Your company decides to make little rules so I cannot. Even though I get sent offers right to me by mail and email. You send me offers on products you know I just bought, then deny me the offer. Really rude. I pay $200/mnth to you guys and get nothing

Googling your phone issue is 10000% better and more accurate than calling @FreedomMobile for any help. Their tech team stays hanging up on me after telling me to hold for tech team level two when level one can’t get it right😭😭😭

@freedomsupport Hey @freedomsupport, I'm trying to pay my bill. The card I had on record expired. I can enter the new card info no problem, but it won't let me change my billing address, which is different for this card than it was for the old one. Please advise.

@freedomsupport Hi, I canceled my ac back in early 2018 and suddenly two months ago I got a bill saying that I owed an equipment and now get a bill of $60. I told the CS lady that I returned everything back then, but then they asked me for the paper receipt from early 2018! Pls help.
