@FreedomMobile oh and yes...their customer service was absolutely useless as ****!!! I did a lot of digging myself to get the info I needed and they had no choice to admit they had it all along once I had the proof! I wasn't gonna let them get away with that garbage!!!

@FreedomMobile @Videotron @Quebecor Well you can access my account all you want but it’s an issue on your end, not mine. It’s most likely a tower issue or something. Idk. I don’t work for the telecoms. I have great reception on many of the side streets connecting to Quebec as I drove many of them but not all.

I tried for the last time @FreedomMobile has no loyalty. A customer since 2012. Was actually told to sell my phone. No customer service. #freedomobile #nocustomerservice #loyality
