@freedomsupport Hello, How are you doing today. I am having problems with Asian spoof calls. My phone # was original with fido. I block these numbers when they call. Is there anything else i can do.

@freedomsupport @B3autifullK Not sure about double charging, but definitely some kind of payment system issues. I was in store today, paid my bill in-person, and they can see the payment apparently but it was stuck/not being reflected on my account. Apparently put a issue ticket in for it.

One thing we can't lose in the @Rogers @ShawInfo buyout is the excellent customer service at @freedomsupport. So much better than the rest.

@FreedomMobile your customer service is bad. I have asked to speak to a manger and they told me they where going to call me back. The supervisor can’t do anything about the agents inability of do their job.
