@FreedomMobile tried setting up auto-pay from your mobile app, website, IVR, customer chat suppot over whatapp, but I am not able to do it and not getting adequate support from customer service. Its getting too much for such a small issue.

@FreedomMobile @getrealmovement You just lost a 10+ year customer with five phones. You should be able to go to the states with you phone for less than $230/month, and not have to spend 2+ hours on the phone with 5 separate calls to figure out why you are being robbed.

@freedomsupport I've already talked to your team and been transferred, sent back to try again, sent to a kiosk to pay in person, promised that the issue was resolved, and told that no one is actually in charge of your payment system errors. Please direct me to someone who can diagnose.

@FreedomMobile Thanks for all your service.. jokes, I'm left now with a phone that cannot connect to any networks, and a phone that your employee factory reset on me, leaving me without access to all my important apps and information. Not to mention your "technical support" that
