@freedomsupport I did view your plans! That's when I realized you had a gimmick like the other mobile service providers. Instead of charging for overages, you slow down/upload speeds after a limit is reached, to encourage customers to move to a more expensive plan. Gov't regulations are needed.

@MinionMania18 @FreedomMobile More headaches and iPhones as they do not sync with Microsoft worth a darn iTunes is a pain in the butt to use it is a very poor platform and is to lock down and controlled

@chiefstonefox @FreedomMobile They were slowing it down due to the battery aging and causing older phones to glitch. New versions of iOS make it very clear when the battery has aged beyond then point where it can still support the phone. Replacement batteries are pretty reasonably priced now too.

@MinionMania18 @FreedomMobile I got rid of iPhone when I found out that Apple was updating the software to purposely slow the device down to mandate that you step out and spend another $1,000 to replace the phone I don't need someone telling me when it's time to replace my phone and purposely slowing it down

@FreedomMobile @freedomsupport @Apple Yesterday I paid $914.17 CAD to Freedom Mobile to preorder the Iphone 13 Pro Max (256 GB), then told me the preorder is not going through and that they cannot process it or refund me so the only "solution" is attempting a CC charge back.

@freedomsupport Hi freedom. I was advised I would recite a call within 12-24 hours, twice. Which has not happened. And now you say 48 hours. I don’t really want to deal with the customer service team as they have already mishandled my issue 3 times.
