-
Catherine Kelly-Brown (@cathyincanada) reported from Whitby, Ontario.@FreedomMobile Do you have more crediting power than online support (who said they talked to Help Desk - whatever that means) before I start my New phone carrier search? USA data/text/talk didn't work all 5 days including when passport went missing & Consulate contact needed.
-
Oooh, Canada ! (@CanadaOooh) reported from Pickering Village, Ontario@freedomsupport I did view your plans! That's when I realized you had a gimmick like the other mobile service providers. Instead of charging for overages, you slow down/upload speeds after a limit is reached, to encourage customers to move to a more expensive plan. Gov't regulations are needed.
-
Evan Kalnitsky (@EvanKalnitsky) reported from Oshawa, Ontario@freedomsupport What is Freedom Mobile doing for its customers to make up for the recent catastrophic service disruption?
-
Oooh, Canada ! (@CanadaOooh) reported from Pickering Village, Ontario@freedomsupport I especially hate the newest Freedom Mobile TV ad where the guy wakes up from a nightmare and is told he's losing customers because of data overage fees. When your speed is slowed after you hit your data limit, your customers will stampede to your competitors. Solution: pay more.
