Instead of charging for overages, you slow down/upload speeds after a limit is reached, to encourage customers to move to a more expensive plan. Gov't regulations are needed.

Its getting too much for such a small issue.

It been 10 days now and Freedom is still not working on it?

When your speed is slowed after you hit your data limit, your customers will stampede to your competitors. Solution: pay more.
