    @freedomsupport I especially hate the newest Freedom Mobile TV ad where the guy wakes up from a nightmare and is told he's losing customers because of data overage fees. When your speed is slowed after you hit your data limit, your customers will stampede to your competitors. Solution: pay more.

    @freedomsupport I did view your plans! That's when I realized you had a gimmick like the other mobile service providers. Instead of charging for overages, you slow down/upload speeds after a limit is reached, to encourage customers to move to a more expensive plan. Gov't regulations are needed.

    @FreedomMobile haven’t had reception all day in Niagara ontario- so do we get a days worth of no charges? What is up with the service! We are a city not a rural environment!

    @FreedomMobile I also had our conversation but they're not honouring it! Poor customer service especially the manager that I had talk. I didn't get the offer instead of 22 gig they just give me 20gig. REALLY SUCKS @FreedomMobile

    @freedomsupport Now I am being told by your customer service that had I done the upgrade online I wouldnt have to pay,so it really is not about connecting me to a service I am already connected, for starters, It is about you charging me money because you can. Or you dont connect online upgrades?

    @FreedomMobile @FreedomMobile this company sucks! I changed my plan last June 2, pay my remaining tab but didn't give the offer of 22gig after you agreed both of the agent. They didn't know what they had in their websites. I found out they just give me 6gig then call again many times.

    @freedomsupport I have been your client for years and I never had to pay a connection fee. I should have been informed before upgrading 2 phones. I was lied to when I did the upgrades. You may want to justify your charge all you want, but nothing justifies your sales people liying to get a sale.
