Some coverage ‘blips’ in certain small areas - but 98% of the time I don’t notice the difference.

🇨🇦Jay🏴 (@jaytheredneck1) reported@FreedomMobile Well as a customer since wind first started, when I try to upgrade my device to the iPhone 12, I get shafted with my old data plan and it’s telling me to pay 120 upfront in addition to the $85/mo. Where new customers are getting 22gb with 0 upfront and $85/mo. Ready to switch.

We switched to Shaw which we already had for internet and now we pay $6.66 for 2 phones! Poor phone reception in the house but we switched to wifi calling and that fixed it.

You can do anything online with Freedom INCLUDING CHANGING CREDIT CARD INFO - except cancel their service. That required sitting on hold for an hour and then being refused.

Chaityadeep S Mainee (@Chaityadeep) reported@FreedomMobile But still rather than cooperating or at least informing me you just canceled my connection. When I got in touch with the customer care, they said it cannot be reversed & I’ll have to get a new sim & number. This is such a big harassment.

I want you to check & see why I can get nationwide data access at full speed, but despite having a gig of data left that gets renewed tomorrow, on freedom, I get nothing.
