@FreedomMobile hello I’m getting so many spam phone calls after switching service providers from entities that claim to be “Service Canada” - is there something that freedom mobile can do about this? AT&T has done something.

Worst decision ever made after moving to @FreedomMobile, these guys just cheat on you. Worst customer service and customer service executives. They quote something else when selling and say something else after its sold.

@freedomsupport @FreedomMobile Now when I try to call customer Care, they keep disconnecting my call after sometime automatically. I visited the Freedom store Fairway Mall Kitchener , They said we cannot do anything , it's a billing issue only handled by customer care service.

@FreedomMobile very bad experience with your support team. being a customer for 12 years ! and was not just treated badly, the agent insisted that i am not authorized on my own account ! and without my consent locked me out !

@freedomsupport Got horrible experience with the call centre lady who actually hung up on me when told she didn’t do her due diligence. Tried to rip me off big time
