    @freedomsupport I've already spent 1/2 hr on the phone with support and I fail to see what a DM will accomplish that escalated support can't except take this out of the public eye.

    @FreedomMobile - I am having hard time with the customer care service. I have been told at store that activation fees will be waived off after talking to customer care but no one is listening. I trusted your store and now it is going nowhere. Can someone help ?

    @MKQTR4 @FreedomMobile @TheJUNOAwards that she can't use her phone in case of an emergency so my life and my daughters are in jeopardy in case I need to call for help I m super disgusted

    @freedomsupport if my safety is your priority you shouldn't need more than 24hrs but you took 1 week and now you are extending it for another week ignoring the incident that happened to me last time and I wasn't able to use my phone to call the hospital while I m next to my daughter!
