. @FreedomMobile - your TV app update has failed. I would at the least expect the company to email users to say - 'its broken'. So essentially I am paying for a service that I can't use until you fix it.

@FreedomMobile Worst support system ever. You will never get response or support

@FreedomMobile wr have had an issue with how leaving your team was handled by the location we dealt with. We advised them our plans all along and they advised us the proper steps to take. Now they are charging us. #CustomerComplaint #customerservicefail

I have a @Fidomobile cell & the signal is terrible where I live. Frequent dropouts, no 5g. I'm done with it. Went to a @FreedomMobile store and, respect to them, they admitted their signal is weak where I live too. They're new, so I'll wait, and their integrity won't be forgotten

@FreedomMobile Like the gift of a signal that actually works? (Southern Ontario boss. Get this fixed, or you're losing 6 accounts)

@FreedomMobile hi- ever since I switched to freedom a month ago I can't receive or send group texts. Your support is telling me freedom will not work with text groups of 10 people or more. Is this true??

@FreedomMobile This is the worst mobile company I have ever used. No guaranteed cell phone use anywhere. I cannot function like this for work.

@FreedomMobile I'm actually one of the OGs, been a customer when it first came on the scene as Clearnet, before Wind even.
