    @FreedomMobile I am so irate at the way freedom customer service is treating me. I am getting less than what I paid for monthly and called t complain just to be told I will be compensated with $5. That's not the point. I was cheated from 20GB to 2GB for several months.This is bad

    @freedomsupport i am not able to set up Auto pay in about 50-60 attempts and i read on many threads that it is an ongoing issue with you for last many months , please help and you provide 5 dollars discount on the monthly bill and that is why I opted for the plan. Pls fix asap.

    @freedomsupport At 40$/mth I pay for my teen's phone, I'd expect her to have calling coverage nearly everywhere, even if data wasn't available. Was not told about network vs nationwide when I signed up. Just about the great deal... which is only great if she can call me in case of emergency.

    @freedomsupport also , the auto pay setup isn't allowing adding Credit card to avail the 5 dollar discount on monthly bill probably coz you don't want to give that to us in covers of the technical issue which is not fixed in months as i read from the thread online,kindly fix asap
