@FreedomMobile No I haven’t and I have been a loyal customer. I have recommended people to you. No one ever told me about buying out the phones after two years and this is not the first time I’ve traded up. I plan on bringing the phones back. Not OK

@0xE5C0B1 @FreedomMobile I’m not even in a bad coverage zone. I’m in the middle of a downtown area. Other people I know with Freedom mobile’s data speeds work fine. They’re just throttling my account for no reason and I guess support has no idea how to fix it. 11 days and counting.

@FreedomMobile For a new provider, after extensive attempts to reach out, both myself and all my family members will be terminating our services with @FreedomMobile #customerservice is absolutely horrible, I strongly recommend people to stay for fsr away

@YPM1982 @eeone @FreedomMobile Yvonne, that exactly my scenario what you mentioned. The store took the original hardware but didn’t do a reversal of the value of the phone back to consumer account. They made it look like I broke the service agreement also value of full new phone plus activation of $70
