@freedomsupport Thank you, the issue is the prepaid account says the top up is due today as I opened the new prepaid this and of course I wanted to pay it off right away but didn’t work and I want to make sure I wasn’t billed any extra due to the top up system error. Will I be charged extra?

@KeelahMcIntosh @FreedomMobile I was with them when the network was smaller and before they had fast data, it was decent. Just be prepared for some call drops here and there. I only left because I was getting discounts for Rogers.

@SamsungCanada @FreedomMobile Not happy that my new phone (only 7 months old) is completely broken. My A52 5G was working fine all day and all of a sudden the screen went purple and now it won't turn on at all. Not my first issue with this model either

Okay, @FreedomMobile , real talk: Your online system won't accept my cards anymore. Bank and other online retailers confirm cards are valid. Your CS team just told me straight up that no one on your side is in charge of payment issues and I will get no help. Preparing to port.

@freedomsupport It’s been awesome I don’t try to give awful corporations a fake persona to relate to consumers on a pseudo intellectual level. It’s pure joy.

@FreedomMobile @getrealmovement You just lost a 10+ year customer with five phones. You should be able to go to the states with you phone for less than $230/month, and not have to spend 2+ hours on the phone with 5 separate calls to figure out why you are being robbed.
