@FreedomMobile Great job Freedom for doing NOTHING to repair the problem with my husband's phone on his Birthday no less! I guess you don't care at all about customer retention nor do you care about customer service. The worst telecom provider in existence. #freedommobilesucks

  • sungmanitu2020 SungManitu/2020 (@sungmanitu2020) reported from Toronto, Ontario

I'm going to say goodnight as I am still having internet connection issues @Freedmobile & don't send your bots from @freedomsupport as it never turns out well. I'm really disappointed 🤬😡😠😤 & I don't want to blow a gasket over this. Next year things will change ! Believe me !

  • DelroyDyer89 Delroy Dyer 🇻🇨🇨🇦 (@DelroyDyer89) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Today's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

  • CustomerFreedom Freedom Customer (@CustomerFreedom) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@paulburns Hey hey make sure you aren’t being overcharged! Bought my phone on the freedom website and got overcharged by $500+. Haven’t received refund yet, @FreedomMobile says their credit card refund system is broken

Everybody's giving deals for new customers. @Fidomobile has a good deal for @FreedomMobile customers, much better than what I'm paying now. If Fido internet wasn't giving me so many issues, I'd probably switch as it'd cut my bill 40%.

  • andreammscott Call Me Scotty (@andreammscott) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@freedomsupport Hi. I've been getting an 'error 38' message since 6:30pm on January 14 and unable to send texts. How do I fix this?

  • sungmanitu2020 SungManitu/2020 (@sungmanitu2020) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@freedomsupport I am happier than last week. I don't need to send you a private message for now. Just keep giving me & others the service promised & we will be happy.

  • katlikethief kat (@katlikethief) reported from Toronto, Ontario

hi @FreedomMobile can you tell me when my iPhone I preordered two weeks ago might arrive? I called the store I purchased from and was told simply, “we don’t know” which is kind of the worst possible answer?

  • sungmanitu2020 SungManitu/2020 (@sungmanitu2020) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@freedomsupport It's astounding when you speak up about a lack of service it suddenly gets better ! Perhaps if this keeps up I may stay with you.

  • njmckenzie ПΣЯM © (@njmckenzie) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@freedomsupport What's going on guys? Can't call out, call in... Even your support number isn't working!

  • MetroManTO Pedro Marques (@MetroManTO) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@FreedomMobile I’ve had a 5G capable iPhone for over a month now and still no idea of when Freedom will provide the service. Should I just go back to @Bell? Please don’t send me a link to an old page on your site that’s been promising 5G for years. Give your customers a date.

  • krixthyan Cristian Arango (@krixthyan) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Is @FreedomMobile the worst mobile company? Hint: Yes

  • jonrecord Jon Record (@jonrecord) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

Since @FreedomMobile offers for a long time customer are garbage, I am looking @Fidomobile $39 deal for freedom customers. What phones are included in this sign up offer? Also how much is it to add USA data when needed?

  • sungmanitu2020 SungManitu/2020 (@sungmanitu2020) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@freedomsupport I'm so fed up with your lack of service I will most likely switch my cellular phone needs elsewhere in 2021 ! I have had this conversation with you too many times before with no resolve to the situation of poor connection etc. I'm not going to waste anymore time.

Freedom Mobile Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • iamgroot11 Dallas Groot (@iamgroot11) reported

@adifood1234 @freedomsupport Freedomes home network is great, I just used all my data so I wanted to use the 1GB of roaming I get with them. Its just they change the names of the network (Telus Rogers etc…) to Nationwide so you have no idea which one your connecting too. Only 1 of them works. Or it should

  • clpolk C.L. Polk (@clpolk) reported

hey @freedomsupport i hate to be that person who rolls in with a technical problem riiight at the end of your shift but--how do I know my new phone can receive phone calls? my signal icon says x and has no bars

  • ArcticEidolon Jimbob Jones (@ArcticEidolon) reported

@freedomsupport Cause I gotta say, if $30 helps develop your network, I'm curious as to what the hit to near total profit margins 4 lines is gonna do to help that along. This is bullshit. I'm sorry, it's bull. This time, I am giving an ultimatum. Fix it, or I leave with 4 other subscribers.

  • ArcticEidolon Jimbob Jones (@ArcticEidolon) reported

@freedomsupport Is that actually going to show on my bill? I'm not a new customer and I'm not connecting a new line. If it is, well, that's going to be a problem, and I will not accept anything but the obvious resolution if so. I'm not going to be treated like chaff as a loyal customer.

  • ArcticEidolon Jimbob Jones (@ArcticEidolon) reported

@freedomsupport Come on, neither of us are that stupid. It's just you guys padding your line with fees to claim low rates. I wouldn't have even had to buy it in store if you could keep some stock online (after 2 months!), or tell me when! This is seriously gonna be your final answer then?

  • CVivera Cindrella Vivera (@CVivera) reported

Supervisor Chris @FreedomMobile is not in an intention to help the customers. He said nothing can be done, it’s policy to lose money and false promising reps are all natural here. All I could do, is suck up the pity recompense and smh.

  • RachelMRedmond1 Rachel M. Redmond (@RachelMRedmond1) reported

@FreedomMobile pathetic customer service... and pathetic cellular service

  • ArcticEidolon Jimbob Jones (@ArcticEidolon) reported

@FreedomMobile Online. in store they ding you for $30 after failing to mention this fee when asked 20 or so times about "the total cost" during customer service calls. Don't forget to mention that, eh? it's not $0, it's $30.

  • iamgroot11 Dallas Groot (@iamgroot11) reported

So I spoke to a @freedomsupport technical suport specialist on the phone yesterday telling me I can’t use the nationwide network inside of a homezone, when ever did this policy change? It worked 2 months ago and the month before that when I tried it just fine.

  • spladayum Openly Black Leopard Chow For Sale (@spladayum) reported

@clpolk @freedomsupport Mine's been that way for about a year. @googlefi has no support infrastructure that I can tell, doesn't answer emails, and is basically useless. I'm looking for a new carrier.
