But I regret switching because of lack of signal just about anywhere I go. Specially once I leave the so called home network. No service outside of home network. Even though they said it would be covered by their partner networks

They refuse to provide a copy of the bill even after being provided a copy of the death certificate and Will. But did send the account to collection.
