@freedomsupport how long should it take #CustomerService to resolve a problem @FreedomMobile ? Is it 3 hours? 3 days or 3 weeks? 6 months and counting.

  • crisxochitl Cris (So-Chill) 💙🌻💛 (@crisxochitl) reported

@FreedomMobile Planned obsolescence by companies that have no incentive to make products last longer decreases the length of time we hang on to our gadgets before we toss them away for the next new thing. Our system of disposal has been to dump our e-waste onto any country willing to take it.

  • bonersrule Brüste (@bonersrule) reported

@freedomsupport as an addition.... no one in support has been able to confirm if my number is still attached to my SIM card, or if the same rep tried to port it to a new SIM for this mystery mytab phone.... currently my SIM still works but I half expect it to stop working.

Hi @freedomsupport I’m permanently moving from Canada to UAE (Dubai). And I want to keep my mobile phone number for 2FA etc. I’ve been told your $99 prepaid plan would be an interesting option. If I transferred to it, would my phone work in UAE (or do you have network partners)?

  • CharlieCurrie Charlie Currie (@CharlieCurrie) reported

@freedomsupport Yeah, well they aren't helping out very much. I've tried in two Twitter accounts and a Facebook messenger. I keep getting robots. Really stupid robots.
