@CanuckDenny @VMCcare I use @PublicMobile! Really good for me and they actually have service in the middle of nowhere! I was considering @FreedomMobile but sadly they don't reach my location. So definitely look at Public as they are pay-as-you-go monthly payments. No contracts!

@freedomsupport @MajSiddiqui You sure you still have this policy? I been spending the last week trying to return the device that I bought from your store couple days ago. You have a terrible customer support, I still couldn’t return the device and already talked to 6 agents today!

Anyone that is with @FreedomMobile I suggest switching to @Bell , at least bell cares about there customers, where @freedomsupport does not. It's been a year and half with problems and I'm still in the same spot I was when the problem started. Just horrible

@freedomsupport A few questions; 1. I've asked that my address be updated twice. This has failed to happen twice. Why? 2. My Tab has been paid off for some time, Why can't I upgrade my phone online? 3. Why is the contact form on your website perpetually broken?

@freedomsupport The problem is there is no warning if and when they will be deleted. There also is no way to back them up to my pc for example. I'm pretty sure mine is 90 days or more. Never really looked into that detail. Never had that issue with previous provider.

Just got charged a hefty amount by @FreedomMobile for using my phone within Ontario when I already have a province wide calling included in my plan. Spoke to them on the phone who couldn’t even tell a difference between data and calling. Horrible service in every way! #scammers
