    A note to anyone seeking a mobile provider in Kingston, stay far far away from @FreedomMobile. Terrible service outside of the urban area and even worse customer service trying to address the issue over nearly a year.     My data signal locates me out of Toronto, when I'm in Kingston, Ontario ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ. At first I thought, "ah, my IPV6 has kicked in. Then I realized, I wasn't on wifi. How does @FreedomMobile traffic it's telephony, and what owners towers do they rent broadcast transmission on?

    @freedomsupport If there is anyone specific with the company I could send a formal email to with a better explanation of the ideas and how they'd improve consumer experience without hurting profit/network integrity I'd be totally willing to do so if you'd forward me that info via DM.

    @CRTCeng Finally. It has been long due. Telcos have been charging it to exploit customers further, although the plans pricing is still high compared to rest of the world but thanks for @FreedomMobile, at least now overall service providers charge less than what they used to few years ago

    @FreedomMobile I've not been able to get a hold of support regarding my cell phone service through freedom mobile WhatsApp support. tried multiple times but got no responses after waiting many hours. On one occasion the wait was 6+ hours and then I was kick'd off the queue.

    @FreedomMobile Do not take their Phone Protection plan. If you want to cancel they will not let you. Hello! I called your customer service a few months ago to cancel the phone protection plan. I thought they did it but they did not. Reimburse me $90.00 plus tax.
