    A note to anyone seeking a mobile provider in Kingston, stay far far away from @FreedomMobile. Terrible service outside of the urban area and even worse customer service trying to address the issue over nearly a year. The biggest thumbs down I can humanly muster. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    @pcofwork @FreedomMobile Meh I could. I texted them . Which is the quickest way. They responded. I just have a hard time believing it. It's a first world problem

    @WaytowichNeil @GTFOAlleyCat I pay my phone bill 2 weeks late ( never to late for a penalty) because I just pay all on one day. And I only owe half cause I overpay yet today I get a " Hey you're late on your bill" Jesus really @FreedomMobile

    @FreedomMobile ... shutting down a widow's only communication method because she can't get ID to transfer the acct to her name in a global pandemic? Account up to date, plan in place? Horrible people, horrible service.

    Me and my wife may be forced to change our provider from @FreedomMobile. Seems to never work when we are on Nationwide network (outside Toronto). Customer service says they cannot know which provider we were registered to when on Nationwide network. Gave us a $5 discount on bill

    @jamesrcs @TELUS @FreedomMobile Ugh. Vodafone UK. Unlimited. £28.00. In London I never had a problem with a signal. 400 homes here, in our neighbourhood, next to no service.

    @FreedomMobile You know what would have been great? If you guys didn't tell me for 2 years straight that the reason I kept getting dropped calls was because you were "building the network" What a crock line you feed to your employees, your just full of crap

    Been with @FreedomMobile for over 5 years now as pre-paid customer and I feel I'll have to find another phone provider because I need a new phone and I've never had luck getting a post paid account. I might try once more today but not having a credit card is detrimental too :(
