@freedomsupport The worst part, and I encourage my phone calls to be reviewed, I had many care reps, a few supervisors, and even a manager. All told me to pay by Credit Card and wait 2+ weeks to get my money back. Guy on Twitter had to leave notes for the phone people to get their act together.

@freedomsupport So,. phone customer care is poop. If I had listened to Twitter -OT I could have avoided waiting 2 weeks and prevented me waiting another 2 weeks to get my money back. Poor phone training, but exceptional Twitter... surprising. But -OT stuck with me and we got it fixed. THANK YOU

@camerongraham I remember when Calgary-based AGT bought EdTel to create @TELUS. They broke conditions of the sale within months of its finalization. No good will come of this, especially in cell service prices for @FreedomMobile customers like me. Consolidation is bad for competition.

@FreedomMobile if I still have 12 months on an agreement and an amount on my freedom tab, do I have to pay the entire balance of tab to cancel the contract or is it a set cost of $20/month x 12 months?
