    @FreedomMobile so I go into the store to ask for the Samsung S9. The store they do not have it call 611 and they will help you so I called one and it said we can help you go to the store this is terrible customer service

    @freedomsupport horrible customer service. Was on the phone with Ann. She hung up on me. Called back another representative I could not understand her because her accent was very strong

    @GTM618 @FreedomMobile That’s the tricky part of visiting Niagara Falls - easy for phones to switch to the US carriers. I was there 2 weeks ago and all our Bell phones did the same thing. With Freedom I always found messaging from iPhone to be pretty responsive for support.

    @FreedomMobile Hey @FreedomMobile! πŸš€ I'm a loyal customer with a Samsung Galaxy and I’d love to see Freedom partner with Starlink Direct to Cell. Right now, I have to pay Rogers $15/month for a separate satellite add-on just to stay connected in remote areas. Any plans to bring this feature natively to Freedom? #FreedomMobile #Starlink

    @FreedomMobile i dislike your phone company and your customer service very much. it’s really terrible how you steal money from customers and then when they call/live chat support numerous times, i don’t get respected or helped and the manager even spells my name wrong

    @FreedomMobile Don’t go with freedom mobile if you live in SW or SE Calgary. Service is shits
