  @FreedomMobile so I go into the store to ask for the Samsung S9. The store they do not have it call 611 and they will help you so I called one and it said we can help you go to the store this is terrible customer service

  @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile Now when I try to call customer Care, they keep disconnecting my call after sometime automatically. I visited the Freedom store Fairway Mall Kitchener , They said we cannot do anything , it's a billing issue only handled by customer care service.

  Hey @freedomsupport last few weeks its been very hard to get pictures sent to me via text messages; didn't have any problems before that. They often take forever to download/multiple tries, or don't download at all. Any ideas?
