    @freedomsupport Frankly, if I'm going to get the same of service from Freedom now I'll be getting from Rogers later, I might as well hold my nose, go to the big 3 now, and at least not have to pay for roaming if I leave the city.

    @freedomsupport The shipping is by Purolator. The fact it took 5 business days for the shipment to even be started is the main issue here... have an explanation for that?

    @FreedomMobile is absolute GARBAGE!!!! Don’t ever take their protection plan. It’s something they train their staff to lie about just to make an upsale. Canada needs to remove this company like they removed public mobile

    @freedomsupport You lot can write me a cheque for all I care. You don't get to hold my money paid in good faith for services you apparently cannot provide. The simple thing would have been to just give me a working QR code or put my LG G4 back on the network. Instead we're here.

    Have an account w/ @FreedomMobile? Be aware of possible “lapses” in data. I signed up my 98-yr old MIL for contact w/ family during Covid. While checking data for virtual seders, I saw 33% of bonus data was gone. @freedomsupport offered $5 for all my wasted time to find &fix it😡

    @freedomsupport same issue here. no sms going out. Customer service told me it can take upto 5 days to resolve... btw... customer service had no idea that this is network wide with multiple reports... disappointed...

    @freedomsupport But now I'm without cell service, can't get hooked up, I drive to stores and they show "open by appt" when the website says they're open. If they're only by appt, put that on the website instead of having me drive all over the city/3
