You can do anything online with Freedom INCLUDING CHANGING CREDIT CARD INFO - except cancel their service. That required sitting on hold for an hour and then being refused.

It was the most wasted & useless 76 minutes of my life. The 3 agents are extremely terrible and it reflect the kind of company they work for.

Got connected to an agent from the messaging platform that takes 10-15 minutes to respond on each message. It’s been over an hour talking to the guy and he’s still asking basic questions. So ridiculous!
