    @freedomsupport I am a customer with you guys and what i want ppl to know is that yes u can technically still have access to the internet if you go over but you guys slow the speed down so much that its hardly usable 256k is not good at all

    @freedomsupport My network never works properly. I always have issues sending and receiving text messages. I’m getting really sick and tired of it.

    When your outsourced phone support is so bad that the mere phone upgrade becomes an closed loop of phone support telling to contact chat support and then chat tells to phone, the path of lowest resistance is to switch to a new carrier who has their **** together. @FreedomMobile
